What, Hope and Change aren't enough - or maybe you need to drink until 5 AM to help you swallow them? Just heard on the radio it's been approved. Bars and restaurants will be open 24 hrs. that Saturday through Wednesday for the inauguration. Jimmy Carter's brother Billy would have approved.
WASHINGTON - The economy is going down the drain, but the beer still flows. The district may do its part to keep it pouring around the clock during inauguration week.
The city is banking on cashing in on the inaugural celebration and a move is now underway to make sure D.C. bars and restaurants make maximum profit from the festivities.
The idea is to facilitate celebrations and bring in additional revenue. The proposal before the city council is to lift the restrictions on restaurants and bars so they can stay open around the clock and serve alcohol until five o'clock in the morning. The extended hours would start the Saturday morning before the inauguration and run until the Wednesday morning afterward.
Why not lift the ban on smoking crack in honor of our new president too?

Well, crack, cocaine and pot may be banned but I am sure there is an abundance of it out there, I mean look how the election turned out not to mention that the liquor stores are booming. That laced Kool aide seemed to have worked out. LOL...there was a whole hell of a lot of it being served up. Hell, if you keep them doped up and drunk they will vote for for anyone or anything.
Meanwhile, I did my civic duty today and went and voted. Turnout seemed very steady. I went about 6:30. As I was leaving I noticed a lot of cars turning in to go in and vote.
Yesterday SARAH was in town for SAXBY and in the downtown area Jim Martin the sissy boy had rapper Ludacris campaigning for him and Al Whore I heard was in town as well as Bill Clintex. LOL..I bet downtown Atlanta was overcome with crackheads yesterday. LoL
I noticed the difference in the Sarah voters and Ludacris voters while I was there voting this evening. Sarah seemed to have quite and edge so it looks good for SAXBY tonight.
