Scumbags! Maybe Rendell will let them back in after the buses with the convicted felons on work release are driven back to the pen.
EXCLUSIVE, DEVELOPING--
GOP Election Board members have been tossed out of polling stations in more than half a dozen polling stations in Philadelphia because of their party status.
A liberal judge previously ruled that court-appointed poll watchers could be NOT removed from their boards by an on-site election judge, but that is exactly what is happening.
It is the duty of election board workers to monitor and guard the integrity of the voting process.
Denying access to the minority (in this case Republican) poll watchers and inspectors is a violation of Pennsylvania state law. Those who violate the law can be punished with a misdemeanor and subjected to a fine of $1,000 and sent to prison between one month and two years.
Those on site as describing it as "pandemonium" and there may be video coming of the chaos.
Some of the precincts where Republicans have been removed are: the 44th Ward, 12th and 13th divisions; 6th Ward, 12th division; 32nd Ward, Division 28.

The only reason to exclude poll watchers is to cover up obvious fraud.

What frightens me is how brazen they are. They are so sure that their "army of lawyers" can make sure of their win that they are now being obvious. This is horrendous. Any win, becasue of all this cheating, will be tainted. Why don't they understand that?

They don't care, mary. They are power-hungry despots.

The Republic has fallen. The Empire has usurped it, and has reduced our Constitution to toilet paper.
May God be a witness, and judge between those who walked with honour and uprightness, and those evildoers who have destroyed our electoral system.

And if this is just the tip of the iceberg... I have to wonder if there is some room (Constitutionally) for President Bush to suspend the election and seek a remedy from the SCOTUS.
What we really need is a national system for accountability... we claim to be the true fount of democracy, and foist our system upon the Iraqis at the cost of our blood and natioanl treasure... and yet we are now a laughingstock before the world: our electoral process has thoroughly been seeded from top to bottom with corruption and crookedness that would disgust the most jaded Russian, or the Chinese communists, or a Latin American banana republic dictator.
Hugo Chavez is watching, and is laughing his pock-marked, jowly face off at this.

"More Problems in PA
Posted by: Amanda Carpenter at 11:50 AM
Three more things to keep an eye on in the Keystone state:
1) State operatives are reporting that calls are being made to Republican voters in Lancaster County telling them their polling stations have been changed.
2) NBC News is reporting major "voting obstacles" at at least eight different polling stations in PA. Broken voting machines are listed as the main problem.
3) Two Black Panthers have allegedly blocked persons from entering a polling place in Philadelphia. One of them is said to have brandishes a nightstick. An eyewitness told Fox News one of the Black Panthers said "We're tired of white supremacy."

What I don't understand is where are the alleged "black panthers"? If they are in predominantly black districts this must mean that they think black voters are not just voting for the black candidate. And, how can they tell who you are voting for? This makes no sense.
