I also attend a UCC church. As you undoubtedly know, each UCC is pretty independant. My own pastor said that the Chicago UCC Obama attended is a huge, inner city church and that Rev. Wright was speaking to his particular congregation. He was not rebuked by the UCC powers that be. Makes me want to be a Presbyterian.
