The Left Now Pimping al Jazeera

Sad really. Jeralyn at Talk Left and others are linking an ugly video taken outside a Palin rally via al Jazerra. Clearly part of al Jazeera's goal is to display some Christian hatred toward blacks and Muslims to the Middle-east. No doubt one could just as easily find some radicals and crazies outside an Obama rally. But it's the Right that is fermenting the hate?

The al Jazeera "journalist" is an American, I presume. He's posted at AlterNet and has given $700 to the Obama campaign.

News the Left can trust, I guess.

Now there is a somewhat scary utility... find out where your opponent's contributors live and go bust some skulls kind of scary.

Yup... that FundRace lists addresses as well. Very disappointing... spam and junk mail artists are all over that sort of thing. I have to wonder if there is some sort of privacy act law protecting that sort of info, as I sure would not like my personal contact information all over the net.

Ignorance fuels the hate. Ignorance on the Left and ignorance on the Right.

And I think that any website that promotes propaganda videos containing half truths or actual clips taken out of context just promotes ignorance and makes things worse.
