BOSTON — Sen. Dianne Wilkerson, who cuts a glittering, energetic figure around the Massachusetts Statehouse, stood alone and soberly attired in federal court Tuesday after being charged with accepting $23,500 in bribes — including $10,000 to fund her write-in campaign next week.
An FBI affidavit includes a series of still photographs from video recordings allegedly showing Wilkerson accepting money from undercover agents, in one case stuffing cash under her sweater and inside her bra.
Oh heck, she was just redistributing wealth like her icon has told her to do.

Shame on you, Dianne Wilkerson. Corrupt politicians suck. I hope you get commensurate jail time for your crime with Ted Stevens. Since Stevens got bribes for $250,000, you should get about 8% of the prison sentence of that filthy, corrupt, pig Ted Stevens.

Yeah, if she's taking bribes, she deserves whatever she gets.
Too bad Dan didn't feel like mentioning our revered Republican Senator Ted Stevens. Who wields a bit more power than Ms. Wilkerson, has taken considerable more money, and just became a felon, the fifth to serve in the Senate, though probably not for long.

Problem is, MA ain't that big a state. Distance yourself from her and you find yourself rubbing up against poxy old Barney Frank.
