Some Bad News From Ohio

That Rasmussen now has McCain and Obama tied at 49 in Ohio isn't bad news. That so many Ohio voters no longer have great confidence in the state's election results being accurate is.

Eighty percent (80%) of Ohio voters believe people who want to vote should be required to show a driver’s license prior to casting a ballot.

Forty-five (45%) say people who shouldn’t be allowed to vote are likely to vote on Election Day. Just 28% say it’s more likely that some who are eligible will be denied the chance to vote.

But only 53% of Ohio voters are now Very Confident that the votes will be properly counted and the right candidate declared the victor. Another 34% are Somewhat Confident in the outcome.

The laser-like focus on Ohio and Bogus ACORN "scandal" is commendable, if not short-sighted. Still...the election isn't hinging on Ohio this year.

Unfortunately for you, Obama is winning quite comfortably in all the Kerry states and is leading in NH, CO, NV, MO, FL, VA, NC, ND, and is on the verge of winning IN, and WV. McCain has to win each and every single one of these states to beat Obama. Obama needs NH and 1 of the others.

When undecideds and soft leaners go into those voting booths to cast their ballots, the prospect of a trifecta leadership trio of Obama, Reid and Pelosi will cause them to pause, and think,....Is that really what I want? I dont think so. Those in the middle will come to their senses,....I hope.
