With the media still out to get Palin, it really is pretty pathetic that they won't point out the fact that Obama's single most important decision in his political life - picking a VP- led to him picking a complete moron. Why people won't just admit Biden is dumb, I've no idea. Faux hair and two empty suits in the White House - maybe Obama's pastor was right, he was just thinking about her future.
There’s also a disturbing aspect in the second part of his statement: “we’re gonna need you to use your influence, your influence within the community, to stand with him. Because it’s not gonna be apparent initially, it’s not gonna be apparent that we’re right.“
Of course not. Just as with nearly every one of Biden's past postions on International affairs, they'll get it wrong. America will sit idle and watch the worst happen around the world on Obama's watch. We'll be off fighting genocide in corrupt African states while Russia and the Middle-east grow more dangerous, as we'll not have enough military left to make a difference if we tried.
Socialist at home and weak abroad, welcome to new France if Obama wins.

excerpt
Let's not forget that we have a new axis of evil to deal with at this time in history. That "axis" is already made up of Russia, Iran, North Korea, and Venezuela. All these countries' leaders have been busy working with each other. Chavez, specifically, has traveled to Russia, North Korea, and Iran. They have been exchanging information on nukes and talking down the United States. Russia, Iran, and North Korea have flexed their muscles by conducting missiles tests as if to say "watch out" and to imply that they are coming after us. And, as for Venezuela not having missiles to test, I don't think it is out of the realm to assume that Venezuela becomes the new Cuban missile crisis by agreeing to allow Russian nuclear missiles on their soil. That is one possible test for Obama to confront.

The guys and girls who may have to face our enemies want their leader to be McCain, not Obama. Hear that Harpo?
"A poll by the Military Times newspaper group suggests that there is overwhelming support for John McCain among U.S. troops in every branch of the armed forces by a nearly 3-1 margin.
According to the poll, 68 percent of active-duty and retired servicemen and women support McCain, while 23 percent support Barack Obama. The numbers are nearly identical among officers and enlisted troops."

ACORN and the Obie campaign are getting their lawyers revved up to try to stop military votes from being counted, no doubt.

The globalist plutocrats (Soros, Rockefellers, Rothschilds, etc.) have already decided that Obama will be our next POTUS, and that America's days as a superpower are finished.
MENE MENE TEKEL UPHARSIN (a penny, a penny, a weight, a division)
They have seen the writing on the wall that we have behaved most irresponsibly, we have squandered our potential and our capital, and that they are looking for a new giant to replace the fallen eagle and its handful of broken arrows.
God Himself has judged our nation and found us wanting... He hath numbered our days, and hath declared them to be at an end.
And the Empire itself shall be divided in twain, and never rise again.

Is it Tin-foil Hat Day at Riehl World View?
I forgot mine.
First off, there was no Biden gaffe, just the RNC spin machine spitting out more stuff.
Stuff, here, is spelled Ess-aitch-eye-tee.
Secondly, until Dubya’s Iraqi adventure has been wound down, there’ll be no fighting genocide in corrupt African states. That’s because there’s not enough military left NOW.
Acorn isn’t trying to steal any friggin election, they have to turn all the registrations in, the real ones & the ones they know are faulty.
On a related note, I see one of McCane’s supporters got into a little voter fraud problem too.
As for the ending of America’s superpower status, god-willed or not, I think you’re a little premature. Let’s see what happens with a President who’s not dumber than a post.

The problem is this was not a gaffe by Biden. He said it at two events and obviously meant every word he said.

"First off, there was no Biden gaffe"
With such incredible and insightful cognitive skills how do did you get your head so far up Xerxes butt!
Priceless!!!

fred,
Why would you post such a thing? You have nothing to support it. It's stupid and it's wrong.

RiehlWorldView:"We'll be off fighting genocide in corrupt African states..."
No, we'll be participating. Remember, everything that the left has for 8 years feverishly imagined the Bush administration is doing, they will be doing. Killing innocents is something they think Bush's Evil Blood War for Cheney's Halliburton Oil Money is specializing in (when no, we spend billions in an effort to avoid just that...) They will be causing genocide. Wait and see. It's what communists do. (Home and Abroad.)
They think we're wiretapping their pot dealer? They will be. They think we're trying to silence them? They will be. They think that we stole the elections of 2000 and 2004 (after they tried to, both times...)? They will. Name something nefarious that the ultra-Kos-Leftard thinks the right is engaged in, and know: that thing is what they left eagerly awaits doing. See you at the New Dachau.
