Michelle cites the Ohio police clerk under fire for her roll in searching out Joe the Plumber's records.
Julie McConnell, has been charged with Gross Misconduct for allegedly making an improper inquiry into a state database in search of information pertaining to Samuel Wurzelbacher on Oct. 16.
nevermind

20 bucks says the polls don't move. they'll just have to bump the minority represention in the polls from 28 to 34%, and continue this absurd farce.
I'll double down my winnings on mcain winning ohio.

The area code is for Southern Indiana -- so, most likely not her.

Why wouldn't it be the same Julie McConnell? ACORN is a totally rogue organization being funded by taxpayer dollars. It stops at literally nothing at all to commit Grand Theft Election.
I am outraged, appalled and saddened that the liberals in this country are promoting outright voter fraud with their support of the likes of ACORN and other leftist organizations seeking to totally undermine the entire electoral process in this country.
But that is exactly what they are doing. Just like a Third World Banana Republic, anything just to get their candidate in office no matter what.
The ends justifies the means. More communism. Maybe we deserve the likes of Obama in charge but what about those of us who have protested tooth and nail? Guess we just go down with the good ship Obama-Pelosi-Reid_Barney Franks like everybody else.

There are still people under investigation at the BMV and other places. Since it appears to be an organized statewide effort it wouldn't surprise me a bit if ACORN is involved.

Oh, and mark l,
Bloomberg.
Ohio, a state that has been battered for years by unemployment and plant closings, Obama is leading McCain 49% to 40% among people likely to vote.
In Florida, a state that was considered a likely win for Republicans not long ago, McCain is trailing, 50% to 43%.
Posted by: jharp | Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at 06:14 PM
I was just told by a Kool Aid drinker that ACORN has no affiliation whatsoever with BO and his campaign and they were conjured up by the Republicans to discredit BO.
This is a highly educated person.
MeCain hasn't a chance against this.

mary, stop lying. The only highly educated person who speaks to you is your therapist.

In this day of electronic record keeping it amazes me how many half-wits attempt to access personal information like they are looking something up in the phone book.
These records are secured by the fact that someone needs to be logged on to access them. This leaves a record that can be traced back to the offender.
I deal with electronic medical records everyday and there is no way I would access information that is not directly tied to my work.
There was a recent rash of stories concerning UCLA staff accessing info and selling it to the press on Britany and other famous patients.

Anyone that has access to important personal information that abuses that authority should be fired and charged with a crime.

I'd double down on the fact that McCain winning Ohio is meaningless.

"you hurt my feelings bob."
If this is sarcasm, fine.
If you are serious please know that I didn't intend to hurt your feelings - really. Never the intention. If I took 10% of the things thrown at me here seriously I wouldn't be able to get out of bed in the morning.

Oh this is good news, Boob. Sensitive souls like you, and you remind me of the hero of "The Sorrows of Young Werther" by Goethe, all to often are tempted to leave this cruel world voluntarily.
