Gee, last week it was the Malkin Award from Sullivan. Today I win the Hewitt Award.
Come on you bitter clingers. Stun them with your bibles then finish 'em off with your guns. No doubt they'll be spewing their typical unhinged and always offended outrage in comments, again.
Never let it be said the Right went down without a fight! ha!

At least you know that Sullivan can't help but read you. Maybe one day, you'll get through to him. Me, I'm another bitter clinger with a bible. I guess that makes me a "Christianist" in his book.

Boy, todays my lucky day - I found the spot where all the ignorant simple minded bigots get to one up eachother. Maybe you can take time out from your busy day and attend a palin rally - that's where are the moronic bigots hang these days.
I'm so glad to see that the number of folks with your mentality is dwingling. What I find most amusing is you thinking that you're so clever and smart with your snarky racism - while in reality you and other posters are publicly displaying your ignorance. Are you and the other posters still prepubescent? You're postings make it appear so.
Maybe it's time to come out of moms basement and get a taste of the real america. In the iterim, start practicing saying President Obama, because it will be your reality soon enough.
You officially also win the Moron of the Week award.

" ABC News’ Steven Portnoy reports: In a conservative radio interview that aired in Washington, D.C. Friday morning, Republican vice presidential nominee Gov. Sarah Palin said she fears her First Amendment rights may be threatened by “attacks” from reporters who suggest she is engaging in a negative campaign against Barack Obama.
Palin told WMAL-AM that her criticism of Obama’s associations, like those with 1960s radical Bill Ayers and the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, should not be considered negative attacks. Rather, for reporters or columnists to suggest that it is going negative may constitute an attack that threatens a candidate’s free speech rights under the Constitution, Palin said.
“If [the media] convince enough voters that that is negative campaigning, for me to call Barack Obama out on his associations,” Palin told host Chris Plante, “then I don’t know what the future of our country would be in terms of First Amendment rights and our ability to ask questions without fear of attacks by the mainstream media.”"

I can't believe what this country is going through. The democrat party (starting with the Clinton's) now know blacks have taken over their party. If anyone says anything about how they are cheats and thugs you are a racist, if you point out things he has advocated you lie. If he wins the media will be dead, jobs will go, taxes will stop coming in and race tensions will get ugly.

Sorry, IslamoLlama, but we happen to know what Democrats like yourself support and endorse being taught in public schools.
"Carruthers is a defender of Leonard Jeffries, professor in the department of black studies at City College in Harlem, infamous for his black supremacist and anti-Semitic views. Jeffries sees whites as oppressive and violent “ice people,” in contrast to peaceful and mutually supportive black “sun people.” The divergence says Jeffries, is attributable to differing levels of melanin in the skin. Jeffries also blames Jews for financing the slave trade. Carruthers defends Jeffries and excoriates the prestigious black academics Carruthers views as traitorous for denouncing their African brother, Jeffries. Carruthers’s vision of the superior and peaceful Kemetic philosophy of Ptahhotep triumphing over Greco-Euro-American-white culture obviously parallels Jeffries’ opposition between ice people and sun people.
More of Carruthers’s education philosophy can be found in his newsletter, The Kemetic Voice. In 1997, for example, at the same time Carruthers was advising SSAVC on how to set up an African-centered curriculum, he praised the decision of New Orleans’ School Board to remove the name of George Washington from an elementary school. Apparently, some officials in New Orleans had decided that nobody who held slaves should have a school named after him. Carruthers touted the name-change as proof that his African-centered perspective was finally having an effect on public policy. At the demise of George Washington School, Carruthers crowed: “These events remind us of how vast the gulf is that separates the Defenders of Western Civilization from the Champions of African Civilization.”
According to Chicago Annenberg Challenge records, Carruthers’s training session on African-centered curricula for SSAVC teachers was a huge hit: “As a consciousness raising session, it received rave reviews, and has prepared the way for the curriculum readiness survey....” These teacher-training workshops were directly funded by the Chicago Annenberg Challenge. Another sure sign of the ideological cast of SSAVC’s curriculum can be found in Annenberg documents noting that SSAVC students are taught the wisdom of Ptahhotep. Carruthers’s concerns about “menticide” and “genocide” at the hand of America’s white supremacist system seem to be echoed in an SSAVC document that says: “Our children need to understand the historical context of our struggles for liberation from those forces that seek to destroy us.”"

Oh well, if the national review says so then it must be true.
You really do like that link. I've seen you post it - what? - two or three times previously? I've never seen these particular historical facts in any of my textbooks. Could this be the standard NRO bullshit? Did they find these history lessons tucked away with WMD in Iraq and the strong economy fundamentals in the US domestic market?
I'm not accusing your links of being absolute out-and-out fabrications with no reference or bearing whatsoever on reality, NDT. I'm just saying... the NRO has a bit of a history.

I guess you told me NDT. Too bad my candidate is completely trashing your candidate in the polls by a solid 8 point margin. I guess we'll all get to suffer in socialism together.
Please feel free to save a copy of my comment on that too.
Then explain how Sarah Palin has foreign policy experience because she can see Russia from her coastline. Lols.
Posted by: IslamoLlama | Friday, October 31, 2008 at 03:38 PM
I have to laugh of the libs and their mindlessness...
you messiah is in Iowa, a state he was supposed to be leading by 11pts.
He just booted conservative media from covering his absolute meltdown. Would your king be so heavy handed, this close to the election, if it he didn't have a very good reason?
dems don't do panic well.
Posted by: mark l. | Friday, October 31, 2008 at 03:52 PM
Obama is leading in Iowa by 11 pts. McCain's never done well in Iowa - he even pulled out during the primaries. So believing McCain's going to stage a surprise upset in a state he's never done well in is delusional.
But Obama and McCain are tied in Arizona, where McCain is now running robo-calls. Man, losing Arizona's gonna be embarrassing.

http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,1848735,00.html
"A Google search, for instance, turns up plenty of blog references to Palin's claim that she could see Russia "from [her] house" as her way of saying that being governor of Alaska is a foreign policy credential. The only problem: Real Sarah Palin never said it. Fey did, spoofing Palin's argument that one can see Russia from Alaskan territory. But who can remember those details? If Real You gets in an argument with Public You, Public You wins every time."
The insane hatred you and your fellow Democrats have for Palin was made quite obvious this week, thank you.
http://cbs2.com/local/Sarah.Palin.mannequin.2.849299.html
Glad to know that both you and Obama support that.
And please do try to post an example of Obama effigies; all it will point out is how those people get publicly condemned and arrested, while people who hang Palin effigies suffer nothing of the sort.

"So believing McCain's going to stage a surprise upset in a state he's never done well in is delusional."
obama has a little over a hundred hours left til his coronation. You're telling me he is spending his time in Iowa as a 'victory lap'? Since he booted his conservative media, I infer that things are not going well, and he didn't want any questions.
Probably doesn't want to explain how his friend/patron bill ayers dedicated his book to the guy who killed RFK.
Posted by: mark l. | Friday, October 31, 2008 at 04:24 PM
I, for one, would like to thank Senator McCain for picking Ms. Palin. I can't think of anything that's helped Obama more to win the votes of independenta and conservative Dems.
McCain's losing because he ran a lousy campaign, not because of internet trolls.
Even Neil Cavuto called him out on not having an economic message.
"You rail against big government, yet continue to push cockamamie spending plans that make a mockery of it. That's why you're losing right now, Senator McCain. Not because you don't have the courage of your convictions. But because on economic matters, you have no convictions, period."
Posted by: Worst President Ever | Friday, October 31, 2008 at 04:25 PM
He's going home for Halloween. Look at the map - it's a one hour flight from Des Moines to Chicago.
Without Iowa, Obama wouldn't be where he is. Had Hillary won Iowa, he'd never have gotten started.
So maybe he's superstitious, or just wants to say thanks. But it's over for McCain in Iowa.
Posted by: Worst President Ever | Friday, October 31, 2008 at 04:28 PM
WPE, I wonder if he will go trick or treating in his GWB mask?
Posted by: mary | Friday, October 31, 2008 at 04:36 PM
let's look a classic poll
http://www.bigtenpoll.org/results20081023/doc/Ohio.pdf
obama verus mccain, question #18?
which candidate has more experience?
mccain 72, obama 22.
my favorite question in the polls?
are you going to turnout?
the answer is invariably in the 80's, on this poll it was 87%, keeping with historical standards.
turnout in 04? less than 60%.
the inherent problem with these polls is that they simply are not sampling the REAL voters, from the wannabes.
Sorry dems, but you are the wannabes in this and most every case.
the polls, ALL, are including a sample that is 33% larger than the actual number of people who will turn out.
when you see the numbers of likely voters that the polls themselve are basing their tabulations on, they aren't even close to reality.

"He's going home for Halloween. Look at the map - it's a one hour flight from Des Moines to Chicago."
why not ohio? given up on that one?
If he really is choosing to spend his time between Iowa and Illinois in the last 100 hours, he has to be the dumbest campaigner ever. If he didn't have to stop in Iowa, he wouldn't have.
Posted by: mark l. | Friday, October 31, 2008 at 04:52 PM
Congratulations, Dan. I just returned from voting, and there were quite a few folks in line around me discussing whom they would be casting the presidential ballot for - seems neither dem nor rep. - nader or barr seemed to be the candidates of choice for them.

"-- If he really is choosing to spend his time between Iowa and Illinois in the last 100 hours, he has to be the dumbest campaigner ever. --"
Are we talking "kicking Joe Klein off your press plane" dumb or "picking Palin as your running mate" dumb? How about "trash talking the Hiltons when they are a major campaign donor" dumb? Give us some sort of scope here. "Claiming Obama is the secret son of Malcolm X" dumb? "Standing up David Letterman to do an interview with Katy Couric" dumb? "Turning Sam 'Joe the Plumber' the unlicensed wrench monkey Wurzelbacher into your mascot" dumb?

jaime-
you don't get.
roughly 85% of the gallup tracking group reports that they will vote.
only 60% will.
If the full 85% do vote, they don't accruately reflect the population at large.
If they vote as the population does, then at least 41% of their tracking group are liars.
Posted by: mark l. | Friday, October 31, 2008 at 05:29 PM
jaime-
another problem.
the media and the tube is telling voters that obama's victory is assured.
one of his largest demographic groups is single mothers. If you are out there telling them they don't have to vote, you are surrendering what on paper appears to be your strongest demographic, as these are the women of routine.
why vote if you don't have to?
so yes, I would be glad to tell any democratic single mother that the race is in the bag.
