Between ACORN and this crap, the Democrats have no qualms with running down the underpinnings of our Democracy.
BREAKING: Federal Court says Ohio Secretary of State broke voter laws
A federal court ruled tonight that Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner violated federal election laws by not taking adequate steps to validate the identity of newly registered voters. The ruling from U.S. District Court Judge George C. Smith called the identification breakdown "a serious problem" and ordered Brunner to immediately comply with federal requirements to match voter registration data with the information in the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and Social Security Administration databases. The court accused Brunner of failing to provide county election administrators with "an effective way to access and review mismatches." She immediately appealed the ruling.

Of course she appealled it, but she will lose. Federal Judges are rarely overruled in this situation, absent an activist panel. The 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, which will hear the appeal, is known for its soundness. The chief Judge, Danny Boggs has been on the panel for over 20 years; is from Kentucky; and has conservative roots (he worked for Ky Gov Louie Nunn in the early 70s). The other senior judges are very sound jurists as well. Its not an activist court. Im glad Brunner is apppealing the decision, it will keep it in the news, and she will lose. Book it Dan-O

The November 5th Excuse Machine is primed and ready.

Starting early with that arent you Jayme?
You will hear no excuses from me if Obama wins. Its been the Dems the last two presidental elections that have screamed bloody murder and had more excuses than Carter has pills. Republicans are going to fight you in real time, and thats what happened with the Brunner situation. She was trying to stack the deck, and was playing fast and loose; and she got bitch slapped and told by a 20 year veteran Senior District Court Federal Judge she was breaking the law.
She was cheating and got caught. Keep appealing, keep this in the news.

This might make a small ripple to upset the EV tsunami of over 300+ EVs Obama is likely to rack up, if McCain's polls keep up on their current downward trend.

I heard that the democratic senator literally has an "army of attorneys" to fight if he should fail to win the election. I mean an army, more than kerry had, more than Gore had. So, this election should be full of surprised.

On another thread, someone commented that the downward mudslide of the stockmarkets (S&P NASDAQ, Dow, FTSE, and Nikkei in particular) are a rejection of the Obamessiah, in light of the utter rape and pillage he and the Dems have in store for the "rich" (read: middle class and small businesses, and on up).
People just might be liquidating out of the markets out of October Surprise leading to November Dread.

"--- army of lawyers ---"
Funny thing is, even though the Dems likely have this election in the bag, they really seem as if they are trying to hard.
Not only do they want to just merely win (squeaking by with a handful of EVs) ... they want a crushing victory. A 100+ EV margin would translate to the Dems as a mandate from Heaven (or more likely, from Hell, given the choice of infernal "deities" they tend to follow).
Add to that a very real possibility of a 60- or 61- seat Senate, and a substantial majority in the House, the game of court-packing (or at least installing liberal SCOTUS justices and activist lower circuit court judges so far to the left, that it would make Ruth Bader-Ginsberg seem to the right of Rush Limbaugh)...
Well, let's just say that the Dems really don't want to blow their chance to rub our faces in it after a massive electoral blowout in both the POTUS and downticket races.

Say Dan... do you think you could put "Pravda" in your Google Adsense rotator? I think they'd be a bit more fair and balanced than MSNBC is with some of the completely unhinged headline blurbs they are cycling at the moment...

I posted when the dizzy broad in Ohio started participating in voter fraud that she should contact Martha Stewart and see if she has any designer prison clother left over. Brunner doesn't have long to make her selection.
Off the subject. Washington Times (up now) confirms that Hussein O broke federal laws while in Iraq. Hussein O's support for the troops consist of keeping them in Iraq longer so more will get killed.
Osama and Obama have a lot in common. Both have friends they finance and support who bombed the pentagon.
Hussein O and S Hussein have a lot in common. Both tried to kill as many American troops as possible.

Don't forget how Obama is frantically spinning and trying to scrub all the online sources that show how intimately he is linked with ACORN.

Desperate Democrats like Jaime have no qualms about election fraud and are more than willing to practice it on behalf of the Obamamessiah. Look at how Jaime can't even condemn the behavior of this Obama-supporting official, whose actions facilitated outright voter fraud in complete violation of Federal law. The more Obama supporters like Jaime make excuses for the voter fraud that Obama is funding, the more obvious they make it to the American people.

So, jaime, all that Democratic talk about ethics was just talk, eh? That's what I thought. From them and you. You and the Democrats are about as ethical as..well..Satan.
But, please, keep supporting those rats at ACORN. It helps our cause.

It's a travesty that people like jennifer Brunner are allowed to hold public office. Our entire democracy depends on fair elections. Voter fraud should be vigorously prosecuted by the authorities, with automatic jail time for offenders ... and that includes voter fraud perpetrated by high ranking officials as well. Perhaps if stiff jail sentences were imposed, organizations like Acorn would think twice about defrauding the system, and defrauding the American people. This issue once again shows how important trust is ... and, that's why I would rather trust a man who would not sell out his fellow prisoners, even during 5 years of torture, than to trust a man who betrayed a 20 year friendship, for personal ambition.
