Obama has history of anti-gun activities. Read about all of them at Pajamas Media:

"The Joyce directorate’s plan almost succeeded. The individual rights view won out in the Heller Supreme Court appeal, but only by 5-4. The four dissenters were persuaded in part by Joyce-funded writings, down to relying on an article which misled them on critical historical documents.

Having lost that fight, Obama now claims he always held the individual rights view of the Second Amendment, and that he “respects the constitutional rights of Americans to bear arms.” But as a Joyce director, Obama was involved in a wealthy foundation’s attempt to manipulate the Supreme Court, buy legal scholarship, and obliterate the individual right to arms.

Voters who value the Constitution should ask whether someone who was party to that plan should be nominating future Supreme Court justices."

I'm voting for McCain, but I am not optimistic about his prospects.

I really do think the left has finally made a highly successful, very well coordinated, multi-pronged hijack of the electoral system with multiple points of failover protection on all levels.

If Obama achieves anything less than a margin of 200 EV's over McCain at this point, I'll be surprised.

Negativism, negativism, negativism. Beelzebub, Beelzebub, Beelzebub.

Is it starting to worry anyone else that the Obama supporters simply refuse to even entertain the fact that there is another side, another person running? A friend of mine warned that he believed they were somehow being subtly brainwashed. Since he was/is a huge Hillary supporter we sort of marginalized him at the time saying that was ridiculous in this day and age. Now we are all wondering if he was in fact right from the get go.

The thing that I am also hearing, which bothers me greatly, is the following comment: "McCain isn't going after Obama on the Fannie and Freddie stuff because McCain, after all those years in congress, must have much worse skeletons in his closet, skeletons which Obama is threatening to reveal." If this were coming out of the mouths of Obama supporters it would be expected but, it is coming out of the mouths of republicans! As if to top off the point, they then point out all the pork in the recent bill. Pork which McCain eloquently argued against at the debate and then hypocritically turned around and accepted in the bill. More pork than most people could have imagined. Without a single comment about the pork.

Having been very angry about all the pork in that bill and McCain's yes vote, I'm beginning to think that McCain's vote for "the bill" was the final demoralizing blow to the republicans. It seems that the only people willing to bring all these negative connections are the conservative talk radio hosts and the conservative bloggers. These people have been so successfully marginalized by the powers that be that it almost seems as though the american people really want to drink the kool ade and swallow whatever the MSM puts out there.

Beelzebub. It happens in the first minute:

Obama's supporters remind me of the crazy young Chinese during the cultural revolution who eschewed logic and experience in favor of enthusiasm and propaganda, true believers all and they didn't need any stinkin facts to know they were right.

We're in for a tough time.

You may want to rework that second sentence. It has a few places that don't scan and I don't think it should be stated as a question. The post will be more linkable if it makes sense on first read.
