I'm not sure what's going to cost Obama more votes, will it be that over-elevated chin from the smug profile he delivered in his quickly forgotten big speech that wasn't?
I mean, did you catch the profile, ... the posing? lol Yeah, Barry - arrogance, that's just what you want to be displaying you inexperienced twit.
Or will it be his being seen as picking on a white woman that will do him in? He isn't even running against Palin. But as he hasn't been able to put a scratch on McCain, I guess trying to make yourself look good against the under card is all he has.
This guy is turning out to be a political moron. What did he do during Katrina, drive bottled water trucks to New Orleans? What a freaking joke.
Barack Obama defended his experience in dealing with natural disasters, such as Hurricane Katrina, and took a swipe at newly minted GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin.
In an interview on CNN's Anderson Cooper 360 Monday night, Obama was asked about whether his experience in the U.S. Senate dealing with weather-related situations compares to Palin’s executive experience running the state of Alaska and as the small town mayor of Wasilla, Alaska.
There's only one natural disaster Obama has experience dealing with - his inexperience compounded by his ego and impatience. He should have taken the Veep slot and I suspect that's actually what he had in mind. If there's anyone in over their heads right now, it's Obama.

Oh, Dan,now that is a wee bit too much!! I have not heard or seen Obama being anything but polite to Paulin and in defense of her family.

McSame picked a VP whose family qualifies as guests on Jerry Springer. Sorry old timer, that's just bad judgement.

The self appointed Messiah has a background that would put most people in prison, if he was not a 'black' politician operating in Mob city.
I see Palin as a normal person and her family as a normal American family.
I still say over half of the democrats are products of a mother who was not married at conception and a good percent never married the father of their children, sometimes a dozen children if that was what it required to stay on the welfare dole. Before you blast Palin's family you had better look in your own closet. Isn't Hussein a product of a mother who was not married? He knows it so he told you to shut up about Palin's family.
Democrats blasted VP chaney for his military deferments while in college. Now they select a VP candidate who has the exact number of deferments as Chaney. Must have been dark in the closet. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Obama: no decision-maker; no courage; less experience:
Sarah Palin has government executive experience. She has lots of experience actually making decisions - as Mayor, Commissioner, and then Governor. She's been in elective office since 1992.
Barack Obama has been in elective office just since 1997 - and always as a legislator. he's never had to make executive decisions in a government administration like Gov. Palin.
So Sarah Palin has five (5) more years of experience in elective office than Barack Obama.
And Obama often could not muster the courage to make even a legislative decision - he frequently voted "present."

Chaney?? Are you really so dumb that you don't even know how to spell the VP's name?? You are walking proof that the military will take ANYONE. What a moron...

"Our ability to manage large systems and to execute I think has been made clear over the past couple of years and certainly in terms of the legislation I’ve passed in the past couple of years, post-Katrina.”
.....the legislation I’ve (sic) passed ....More than just a little pretentious, isn't he?
But he is actually quite adept at handling disasters - his associations with unsavory people, and his lies about those associations, his lack of experience, and (my favorites) unsuccessfully advocating that the United States concede Iraq to Al Qaeda and Iran. And, now that the war is nearly won, wanting to throw it.
Mind you, he's getting a lot of help from the MSM, which can't quite bring themselves to do their job.

But it isn't quite true that Obama has no executive experience. Being chairman of the board of the Annenberg challenge is executive experience. The only problem is Obama doesn't want to talk about it and the media won't investigate and report on it. Why is that?
The Annenberg challenge: millions of dollars wasted and nothing accomplished. The only executive experience of Barack Obama. No wonder he described Ayers as a person who lives in this neighborhood.

Wasn't the future 'proud' grandmother part of some group that wanted Alaska to secede from the US?? Doesn't get more un-American than that!
Posted by: chris | Tuesday, September 02, 2008 at 01:46 PM
"Or will it be his being seen as picking on a white woman that will do him in?"
Well I hope Obama doesn't start picking on her for her involvement in and support for
the Alaska Independence Party.
That would be mean.
AIP founder John Vogler:
- "I'm an Alaskan, not an American. I've got no use for America or her damned institutions."
- "[T]he fires of Hell are glaciers compared to my hate for the American government."

What's da matter, Da Bookie? The second statement could have been made by Wright with Obie in the pew saying amen.

I certainly hope that Obama doesn't pick on the poor white woman for having substantial associations with Jack Abramoff!!
"Sarah Palin has government executive experience. She has lots of experience actually making decisions - as Mayor, Commissioner, and then Governor."
Can you run down a brief list of the important decisions Ms. Palin has made in her distinguished executive career? I mean, other than firing a public official for not firing her brother-in-law, heading up Ted Stevens' 527, trying to cover up her daughter's pregnancy to get on the GOP ticket (America First!!), supporting the bridge to nowhere, and sharing a lobbyist with Jack Abramoff.

Chris: Plenty of shiny, happy and prosperous Rednecks all over America. They're the ones working their butts off and not complaining that they don't get enough freebies from the government. To quote the inimitable philosopher Bocephus: a country boy can survive.

"--- Alaska Independence Party ---"
It is currently an affiliate of the US Constitution Party.
Here's Marc Armbinder with some skinny on the AKIP and Gov. Palin's dealings therewith:

Not for nothing, but the fact that Gov. Palin seems to have a bit more of a paleo-conservative bent than the typical "moderate" GOP'er is really encouraging.
Posted by: seekeronos | Tuesday, September 02, 2008 at 03:16 PM
Bingo. I always thought he was angling for the Veep slot, but Hillary over-estimated her appeal to the nutroots. Or underestimated the loathing of the non-nutroots. Whichever.
She'd have taken him on at the bottom of the ticket in a heartbeat. He could NOT afford to do that with her.
Up is down, Shields is Yarnell...

The Sock Puppet has been lingering in his favorite troll sites and then comes back here and responds with his marching orders.
Look everybody gets it okay, you are a loser, hating, Daily Koz regular that lingers here with a few of you asshat friends. You have never added anything meaningful to the dialoge. You simply repeat your earlier posts as one of you alternate sock puppet personalities and continue to show you are an idiot!
So, Chris, Boob or whoever you pretend to be today just keep up the good work, you continue to impress us all with your stupidity!
Allah Akbar Bro!

Shouldn't you get back to work? That worthless house of yours doesn't pay for itself.

Hey Fred, after you're done sleuthing out the grades of 20-year-old Obama, maybe you can take a shot at getting Governor Palin to release her emails.
http://www.ktuu.com/Global/story.asp?S=8802680
ANCHORAGE, Alaska - E-mails from the Palin administration are being withheld from the public and the governor is citing executive privilege.

Hey President Carter maybe Barry was just a little too tired from doing all of those bong hits and blow to make it to class!
It's unbelievable that our resident trolls are talking about Palin's daughter, e-mails and other meaningless crap while their boy gets a free ride on the racist church, the connection to real domestic terrorists, the Chicago graft machine ties, the killer deal on the house from his convicted felon friend.
And don't forget your boy Barry is the child of a African polygamist on the prowl for loose white chicks himself!

What a great example of fine family values at work!
It's no wonder he hooked up with the Angela Davis cloned wife. She just uses a lot more hair relaxer to fit in.

What is it with 'conservative' women. You have Laura Bush who mowed down her innocent boyfriend in cold blood, Cindy McCain who steals pills from a charity to fuel her own dark drug habit and now the Mom of the Year who cares about unborn children unless they happen to be hers.
Thankfully come November we won't have to hear much from you any more.
The surge WORKED!!! Freedom is on the march!!!

Hey, SacTownMan, those are some fun quotes:
"... Barry was just a little too tired from doing all of those bong hits and blow to make it to class!...."
Wow, that one really stung, especially considering George W.'s stellar record with booze (and probably coke, too)... and the fact that if you strapped every U.S. politician and citizen to a lie-detecter machine, you'd get some high-end results regarding drug and alcohol use. You think Barry was the only young adult who indulged in drugs? Where have you been since about 1966?!
"... And don't forget your boy Barry is the child of a African polygamist on the prowl for loose white chicks himself!...."
Wow, so relevant, so absolutely untainted by any weird racial-sexual thoughts on your part!
"... It's no wonder he hooked up with the Angela Davis cloned wife. She just uses a lot more hair relaxer to fit in...."
Wow, good ol' Angela Davis, the firebrand who joined the Black Panthers, preached armed insurrection and the release of all black felons as politial prisoners, bought pistols and shotguns for ex-cons in the Panthers, and, as such, played a vital but off-scene part in the murder of a federal judge during a botched getaway attempt--after which she skipped the country, hid out in Algeria, and showed up in Moscow to be decorated by the Kremlin.
Yeah, Michelle Obama--a good mother and wife, hard-worker, and benefator of the American Dream--is almost indistinguisable from Angela Davis, with her power fist and AK-47.
You guys do take it over the top and then some!
Have Fun,
Keith Nolan
