Well here's a timely reminder of just how corrupt Barack Obama really is.
Several municipal clerks across the state are reporting fraudulent and duplicate voter registration applications, most of them from a nationwide community activist group working to help low- and moderate-income families.
The majority of the problem applications are coming from the group ACORN, Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, which has a large voter registration program among its many social service programs. ACORN's Michigan branch, based in Detroit, has enrolled 200,000 voters statewide in recent months, mostly with the use of paid, part-time employees.
Yes, that ACORN via NRO:
What if Barack Obama’s most important radical connection has been hiding in plain sight all along? Obama has had an intimate and long-term association with the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (Acorn), the largest radical group in America.
Meanwhile, his cronies are corruptly influencing a Palin witch hunt in Alaska.
A Friday hearing revealed that an Obama partisan has manipulated an independent investigator’s subpoena list for a controversial inquiry against GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin.
Obama is dirtier than a Chicago back alley. There isn't a grain of truth behind his change and new politics rthetoric. And it's only the media's willingness to be as corrupt as he is that's still propping him up.

Hasn't ACORN the wonderful folks who committed voter fraud in Pennsylvania?
And in Ohio? Washington State? Texas? Florida? Wisconsin? Illinois? Missouri?
But, no, nothing to see here, let's move along people.

Why does the media refuse to investigate Obama's Marxist past? Let's look at the evidence:

I realize that many of you are too busy supporting the trooops and looking for bin Laden to notice, but there seems to be a bit of an issue with the economy. Nothing big - just a couple of big firms failing. Good thing that grandpa is on the case. I'm sure that the fact that he was around for the 1929 crash bolsters his credentials even more!

"--- Why does the media refuse to investigate Obama's Marxist past? ---"
Could it be because the media is in bed with the global socialists (or owned outright by) like George Soros?
An article from the 2004 election cycle, but certainly just as applicable today:
"-- Soros may be the biggest political fat cat of all time. Convicted in France of insider trading, Soros specializes in weakening or collapsing the currencies of entire nations for his own selfish interests. He is known as the man who broke the Bank of England. His power is such that his statements alone can cause currencies to go up or down. Other people suffer so he can get rich. But journalists don't want to examine the questionable means by which he achieved his wealth because they share his goal of electing Kerry and the Democrats. Curiously, once he made his fortune he became a global socialist, endorsing global taxes on the very means he employed to get rich – international currency speculation and manipulation. --"

Gee, he gets filthy rich off of breaking banks, and then wants to close that route of wealth-making off to anyone else: keeping the hyper-wealthy "proletariat" party members in control, while the middle classes (bourgeoisie) are shoved down into the working poor and impoverished serf classes.
How very mediaevally progressive.

Bob's actually got a point.
If we had 0% interest rate, we'd either have a hyperinflation or a very long period of non-growth (or both together as in the 1970s stagflation.
But bearing in mind that he is likely spinning that for effect for the low information voters, I rather highly doubt that he'd have direct control over the Fed. Reserve setting interest rates.
Now Obama on the other hand, I'd not be at all surprised to see him try and "nationalise" the Federal Reserve, along with most of the economy, and put us under a neo-Stalinist command economy.

Big revelations coming out about the Fannies and Democrats. Jaime Garelick somehow involved. Remember her? Remember the wall between the FBI and the CIA?
NYT editorial is calling for Rangel to step down from the Banking Committee. Seems Rangel doesn't understand the tax code he helped write.

Interesting link above, Lala. Meanwhile the Boob seems to want to keep certain unscrupulous and inefficient lenders in business. What is going on is that the market is finally punishing the greedy and the reckless, some of whom, in fairness, were egged on or even forced by liberals using a form of political extortion to lend money to people unlikely to pay it back.

Right again, Fred, as Jesse Jackson and Operation Push, among others, got federal laws passed that made it easy for minorities to get loans they couldn't possibly pay back, and wouldn't have received had they not been minorities. And this doesn't even count the number of illegal aliens who received loans. But the economic "genius" nationally known as Boob will blame this on Republicans, who do share fault in that they allowed this shit to be passed into law. They should have known better.

Oh, and nice catch, Dan, as ACORN has been in the voter fraud business for several years now. I bet the economic genius Boob taught them that lying and fraud pays, as he has been allowed to post here with his insults and lies for years, now.
Back to ACORN, I seem to remember that they were aborted, yet allowed to live with a dimished mental capacity(like Boob), in Arkansas sometime in the 1970s. Does anyone know whether this organization has a Clinton connection?

Washington Times........oh.....no!!!!!!!!!!!
Records show McCain more bipartisan = Stephen Dinan Monday, September 15, 2008
Sen. John McCain's record of working with Democrats easily outstrips Sen. Barack Obama's efforts with Republicans, according to an analysis by The Washington Times of their legislative records.
Whether looking at bills they have led on or bills they have signed onto, Mr. McCain has reached across the aisle far more frequently and with more members than Mr. Obama since the latter came to the Senate in 2005.
In fact, by several measures, Mr. McCain has been more likely to team up with Democrats than with members of his own party. Democrats made up 55 percent of his political partners over the last two Congresses, including on the tough issues of campaign finance and global warming. For Mr. Obama, Republicans were only 13 percent of his co-sponsors during his time in the Senate, and he had his biggest bipartisan successes on noncontroversial measures, such as issuing a postage stamp in honor of civil rights icon Rosa Parks.
Reported by JOM...
The Obama campaign quiclly and powerfully responded to these right wing attacks by stating " Oh yea....well...um...er....well bipartisan is a really a racist code word." MSNBC reported that Obamas camp is "swinging and swinging hard!!!

Ah, the time tested strategy of crying "Witch". Perhaps there will be an investigation? Or someone will be brought up on charges, maybe? Remind me again of all the successfully prosecuted voter fraud cases in Ohio and Texas and Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
As the case against Indiana's voter ID scam showed, no one is prosecuting voter fraud at the registration level. ACORN's hands are clean.
But please, keep barking up that tree.
