Chicago politics is a national cliché, evoking images of a one-party system, dominated by a boss-controlled Democratic political machine whose crafty politicians dangle patronage before competing ethnic and racial groups in return for votes.

Noting Barack Obama recently issued this statement to his believrs in Elko, "I need you to go out and talk to your friends and neighbors. I want you to talk to them whether they are independents or whether they are Republicans. I want you to argue with them and get in their face", dentists nationwide have issued their wholehearted support to Obama.
