So Soren Dayton in Virginia gets an email from Obama's campaign asking him to go to Pennsylvania.
Oliver Willis says, hold on there just a minute. I live in Maryland and I've been asked to go ... to Virginia. So, obviously Obama isn't giving up on VA.
Soren Dayton of The Next Right (same as TheOldRight, just with computers!) pulls some “analysis” out of his butt and decided that Sen. Obama was pulling out of Virginia based on an email looking for people to come to Pennsylvania to volunteer.
But then we Marylanders got an email today. And seeing as how Virginia is right over there, it’s asking us to… wait for it… come to Virginia for Barack Obama.
Okay, so, what's wrong with this picture?

Maybe Tim Kaine is helping with this. He is the one who said his own state bordered Delaware.
"KAINE: Well, first, Joe comes from a state, Delaware, that borders Virginia. The eastern shore part of Virginia and Delaware are not only bordering but very, very similar. And I think there's a lot in common, and Joe understands that."

Don't think for one minute this hasn't given someone the idea that they will just go vote in a few states this year.

I have a mental picture of Democrats literally chasing their own asses....and frankly, it's somewhat disturbing. ;-)

"And it shall come pass, that the dead shall arise, and apply for driver's licenses at the DMVs of many states... yea, they shall arise and vote in many different places and districts, according to the willof their dread lord, George Soros..."

Hey Cryptkeeper you are a spooky man! But I like it!
Hey how do they get all of those states in such a small area like that? I always had trouble as a kid putting the names on all those tiny little states over there.
And I'm still waiting for my e-mail from Barry's boys. I would love to help em out!

Let's recap:
Obama Not Leaving VA: His Campaign's Simply Dumb
Why Do Dems Like Political Suicide So Much?
Forget the Headlines: Obama's In Firewall Mode Already
The Obacensor: Leftist At Work
Funny, but there never seems to be any headline related to that angry little garden gnome. I'm sure he's shuffling around America saying things? I am beginning to thing that this site is a Colbert-style parody. If so, well done! If not, well...
In any case, the surge worked in Galveston! Carry on!!!

Boob, I'm sure you will enjoy this. galloway has a very good point. Here are two prominent Dems, one prominent because of her position, the other because of his ambition, chasing their own arses. (From Paterico's Pontifications):
"Senator Obama and Majority Leader Pelosi seem out-of-sync. Are Congressional hearings good and high-level commission hearings bad? Or could it be that Democratic investigations are good and Republican studies are bad?
And based on Barack Obama’s statement, is Speaker Pelosi “passing the buck” by holding hearings … or will Obama be “passing the buck” if he supports Pelosi’s hearings?
In any event, Pelosi’s Congressional hearings apparently will not investigate Democrats because Pelosi has already declared that Democrats bear no responsibility regarding the current economic matters on Wall Street.
Zero, zip, zilch, nada.

More observations of the galloway motion phenomenon:
Obama and Pelosi blame Bush for current mortgage and loans problems. But the JustOneMinute blog shows Dems are responsible for blocking Bush's efforts to more closely regulate Fanni and Freddie. And the NYT provides the proof from 2003. Oh the irony of facts.
"However, the record tells the opposite story - Bush has been pushing for stricter regulation of Fanni Mae and Freddie Mac for years and has been blocked by Congressional Democrats."

Man, I hope that you never have to face the sort of personal tragedy that the folks in Galveston (or New Orleans, or any other place affected by a natural disaster...)
Some call it karma, but I'd call it God's justice - and you, Bob (or whoever you choose to be today) are building up quite a store of judgment against yourself.
May God have mercy upon you.

Fred: I wonder if Obama, Pelosi, and the other congressional Dems have (or perhaps more accurately, HAD) some sort of personal investment connected to failed 'Macs.
Follow the money trail, I always says...

seek, I would think (think?) they would not be so bold. But there was clearly "lobbying" of a nature unknown.

Thanks, Bob, I'm going to pass this link on to folks here in Houston and Galveston as an example of a typical Obama supporter. Yep, you leftys are the gift that keeps on giving.

"Tim Kaine is helping with this. He is the one who said his own state bordered Delaware."
Uh Denise, Virginia DOES share a border with Delaware and Maryland at a place fittingly called the DelMarVa Penninsula. Obie wants free college.....maybe fifth grade geography might be more important, yes?

Not according to the newspapers in Virginia and my family who arrived there in the 1600's.
Gov. Kaine's response was: 'Joe comes from a state, Delaware, that borders Virginia. The Eastern Shore of Virginia is not only bordering, but very, very similar, and I think there is a lot in common and Joe understands that.'
Hats off to Gov. Kaine for recognizing what many maps and politicians fail to acknowledge. The Eastern Shore is truly wonderful and a big economic contributor. However, even though he knows of the Eastern Shore, he certainly does not know much more than that. The Eastern Shore of Virginia does not border Delaware as he twice asserted; it borders Maryland.
In turn, Delaware borders Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania (including the outskirts of Philadelphia). That's not exactly 'very, very similar' to the way of life on the Eastern Shore and southern Virginia.

"--- DelMarVa Penninsula. Obie wants free college.....maybe fifth grade geography might be more important, yes? ---"
And here I was about to say that DelMarVa must be one of those extra seven states of our 57-state union.

OBAMA = BETRAYAL
Obama supporters are foolish to think that he will never betray them.
Obama was a close friend of Pastor Wright for TWENTY YEARS.
Obama threw Wright under the bus for personal ambition.
McCain would not betray his country even after 5 years of torture.
You can put lipstick on a traitor, but he's still a traitor.
