This is so good in so many ways, especially the NY Times angle.
An item at HuffPo equates the current marketing of the movie Obsession: Radical Islam’s War Against the West with the very tactics of Islamic radicals. While inferring some possible nefarious connections, it paints conservatives behind the movie as no different from the very thing America is fighting against in the Global War On Terror and suggests this is all simply about electing John McCain.
Writing at The Huffington Post, Denise Dennis is especially upset because a copy of the movie Obsession was bundled with the ... get this - the New York Times throughout several battleground states this past Sunday. Hey, the Times can use the money from what I've heard. But she saves the best part for last in her lengthy piece, as she links the move directly to the re-election of Republican, jihadist, I guess, John McCain for President in 2008.
The election this year is a fight to protect democracy as we know it. We are responsible for our democracy; it will last only as long as we are good stewards. We face dangers from "terrorists" within, people who will stop at nothing to hold on to power. The policies of the last eight years are moving us more and more into a nation of two distinct classes....
I reviewed the movie here and have additional info on The Clarion Fund here.

Here is how MoveOn issues its marching orders and talking points to the rabid army of propaganda trolls.

Hey Fred don't those Move-On talking points look familiar?
Our resident lingerers have received their marching orders from Master Soros and are following along like all good little trolls do!
As far as the movie goes it was well made and helps to remind people that we are under attack by (come on trolls say it along with me now!) Radical Islam!
Funny not one mention of it during the entire Democraptic convention.
Xerxes says if you just are nice and talk to them they will leave us alone!
America is bad and only the god king Xerxes can bring us to salvation!!

"... if you just are nice and talk to them they will leave us alone!
Hmmm..
Maybe it goes both ways: if we mind our own business and keep to ourselves (non-interventionism), about 95% of the rest of the world will be quite content (at least, with us).
Of course, for the 5% that simply must make a nuisance of themselves... well, that is where a 400-ship navy, a half-million men under arms, the worlds most advanced aerospace defence force, and 25,000 nuclear warheads should do a fairly decent job of keeping them at bay.
