LOL Yeah, because Kos' poll said so. LMAO

Sit tight Islamo - you aint seen nothin' yet.

Everyone cares, Dan. Here is more ad advice for McCain from NRO:

"The constant for Obama has been this hardball style: this alliance of lawyers and the media, in which the lawyers brook no restraint and the reporters no longer even see their own biases. The point for the McCain ads is that this is The Democratic Way of Thuggery and Intimidation. The lawyers may come from Columbia, Harvard, and the best schools, and have pretensions to being among the most cultivated geniuses of the country. But if ever there were a time for Straight Talk, this is it. It’s time to call things by their right name: A Thug is a Thug, even with an Ivy League degree."

Don't be upset, Moe. They aren't talking about folks like you who received their law degree from Pickle City Agricultural and Mining Community Tech.

Moe/chris/Boob is proof that having an education doesn't make you intelligent. As for Obama, he is a tool for the Jacobins on the Left. As for the injection of race into this campaign, I've lost count on how many times Xerxes and his supporters have done just that. Pathetic.

It goes like this:

A vote for Obama is a vote for the best candidate in a generation(s), it shows enlightenment, intelligence and tolerance.

A vote against Obama is racist.
Criticism of Obama is racist.
Mentioning radicals, incompetants and criminals with whom Obama associates is racist, doubly racist if they are also black.
Ads that show Obama juxtaposed with white people are racist.
Ads that show Obama juxtaposed with black people are racist.
Questioning his judgement is racist.
Questioning his experience is racist.
Calling him an elitist is extremely racist.

Get it?

All criticism of Obama is racist, don't you guys get it? If he loses this will be the reason. Any ads that juxtapose him with white people are racist, ads that juxtapose him with black people are also racist.

The only way to prove you are not a racist is to vote for Obama, but that might not necessarily even be enough, if you don't also tow the line on all of his positions you may be an unconscious racist.

"-- Moe/chris/Boob is proof that having an education doesn't make you intelligent. --"

Hahaha! That's an epic statement right there, TK. I'm not entirely certain how my education factors into the widening polling gap between McCain and Obama. I would have thought the poll disparity might be coming from more and more people deciding that a regulated marketplace is preferable to GOoPer free-for-all bailouts-for-some capitalism.

Accounting standards, regulated credit, minimum balances, declared assets... these aren't particularly Jacobin ideas. Thirty or forty years ago they were the banking industry standards. Of course, we didn't have a DOW stretching for 14000 thirty or forty years ago, so Reagen / Bush / McCain came in and tried to deregulate the industry as much as possible.

And here we are. Drowning in investment bank printed funny money while conservatives clamor for even more deregulation. Not that the economy is a particularly big concern when you can yap your yaps about being called racists.

Imaginge what Barrys concession speach, that he will reading from a teleprompter will sound like on election eve....

"Its because Im black....."
"I should have recieved 20 extra electoral votes since I checked off Afican America on my application to run for president"

I can just here it now.....hmmmmm do you think hell put on a black glove, rainse his hand, make a fist and call for some "burnin and lootin" as his mentors all once did?

JOM

Speaking of the Great Orange Satan:

Looks like Kos (Markos Moulitsas Zuniga) is in bed with (or at the very least, a soul mate of) that old Chicago commie Saul Alinsky:

"---
From Publishers Weekly:

In this primer for activists in the digital age, Zúniga, founder of the influential lefty blog DailyKos, argues that if activists harness new technology such as blogs, podcasting and YouTube, they can bypass the old-world gatekeepers to communicate to the masses in order to bring about political change.

Tidily organized into pithy directives, including mobilizing, reinventing the street protest and feeding the backlash, this informative and entertaining book—inspired by ***Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals *** —moves easily among the current campaign cycle, pop culture phenomena such as Stephen Colbert and the successes and failures of the progressive movement in America.

Zúniga's pragmatic, inclusive tone takes the edge off his sometimes didactic insistence that there's no reason anyone should whine or complain that they are being shut out of the system. It should be noted, however, that the book is targeted directly to other liberals and wastes no time with conciliatory measures toward the right. Anyone in his camp, however, will be rewarded by the read. (Sept.)

Big shocker, eh?

I must again remind you that Glass Steagal was repealed when Bill Clinton was president and I don't recall him being opposed to it, I must also remind you that the massive extension of credit to 'high risk' 'underserved' communities was a Democratic led initiative.

So, its kind of hard to see how this is the Republicans fault.

"--- Drowning in investment bank printed funny money... ---"

Wrong. Maybe you should check your "yap", Moe, before making a fool out of yourself.

The Federal Reserve is neither an investment bank, nor a federal entity. It is a private consortium of reserve banks that set the interest rates at which dollars can be loaned to banks; it is the FEDERAL RESERVE which is responsible for glutting the world with worthless dollars, which the Chinese, the Europeans, and the Japanese must buy to keep our consumer-based economy from sinking like the dead horse it is into the Slough of Despond.

It is the Fed that decides that it is perfectly OK to leverage the dollar at a 90-1 ratio or worse; the i-bankers and corporate fatcats simply play with the ball they are given.

And then there's Henry "Hankenstein" Paulson, who decides (with Congressional assent) to bailout all these fatcat CEOs (really: because they are the main folks benefiting from it, not the taxpayers, the banks, and mortgage holders who will be well and truly put to a loss)... the same fatcats who bought those congressmember's votes a long time ago.

The greed of the fatcats and the pols is certainly a factor, but the buck should have stopped with Bernanke and the Federal Reserve long ago.

"--- ... while conservatives clamor for even more deregulation. ---"

Not entirely true. Regulation that keeps the money sound, and limits the amount of dollars in circulation, even if it means that the economy contracts as a result, and federal spending is cut, as a result, acts as a brake upon excessive, disastrous greed.

Regulation isn't and won't be perfect, because you are working against the sinful, greedy nature of some 300 million souls here in the USA, and almost 7 billion souls elsewhere on this earth, and in particular, the 10 million or so people with 75% of the world's wealth.

At the same time, one must take care not to regulate to such a degree that any growth becomes impossible.

And finally, regulation need not be one and the same with wealth re-distributive taxation.

The evidence, dear Moe, is clear. McCain was for more regulation of Fred and Fan, the Dems against more regulation and for more mortgage loans to folks with poorer credit ratings. In other words, if they didn't pay a used car loan off, give them a really big loan, like a mortgage. That should help them out. Libthink in action. You can keep saying the reverse as much as you wish. It will still be untrue. incidentally, McCain is not a conservative.

Kind of hard to take anyone seriously who thinks that the Federal Banks are "investment banks"....

"-- The Federal Reserve is neither an investment bank, nor a federal entity.

The Federal Reserve still plays by the rules enacted through Congress. And it was the Graham Bill of '99 that gave i-bankers and corporate fat cats permission to over-leverage their assets.

The result of that over-leveraging is - effectively - printing money. If I've got $1 mil in assets and take out a $2 mil loan from a bank that only backs that loan with $200k in assets, we still leave $800k unaccounted for. If I've got $1 in assets that I say is worth $1 mil, and I get a $2 mil loan from a bank that only backs the loan with $2k in assets, we have our modern economy.

That economy came about because our Congress choose to reclassify certain types of securities, debts, and insurances as outside the bounds of standard regulatory practice. Without regulation, people just took the price of an asset at face value. The Federal Reserve didn't write all those bad mortgages. It didn't start selling credit default swaps to cover bad mortgages when they did go bad. It didn't start using income from insurance on credit default swaps to take out loans they could use to buy up the investment vehicles that the bad mortgages were based on. The Federal Reserve simply set the rules that allowed all this to occur.

Getting rid of the Federal Reserve is like firing disbanding the police in a crime ridden neighborhood because its crime ridden. You're not helping.

"-- The evidence, dear Moe, is clear. McCain was for more regulation --"

You're so wrong that it hurts.

Lame-O how do you expect anyone here to take you seriously when you link Troll Central Daily Koz for anything!!

You really are unfreakingbelievable!

Your boy Xerxes was #2 at the feed trough of these public money pools behind only Dodd. There is no more talk about "Change", "Hope" or "a different kind of politics" anymore just "doom and gloom" and "McCain = Bush 3". That's it!

Your boy Xerxes is just another Chicago Hack politician nothing more, nothing less. His attempts to quiet any public discussion of his record by using all of his Chicago lawyer buds by threatining radio stations and others is laughable. He is the whiniest little bitch I've ever heard with his "they are going to say he's black" crap that only he uses. He has no history of accomplishing ANYTHING! He sees the current market crisis as a political oppourtunity.

Your boy is a Hack Politician and your screwed up Daily Koz world veiw is as sad as your arguments. But please keep up the talking points they are very entertaining. We could not get through our day without you and the other trolls sharing the spittle flecked diatribe taking place at Daily Koz and Huffington.

Republicans in Favor of more regulation. What's next? Republicans coming out in favor of Socialism? Oh, wait.

http://progressiveaccountability.org/2008/09/17/john-mccain-the-deregulator/#more-102

Why, Moe, are you afraid to give a link to Kos, Huff, TPM or another wacky left-wing site that filled your head with : "It is the Fed that decides that it is perfectly OK to leverage the dollar at a 90-1 ratio or worse; the i-bankers and corporate fatcats simply play with the ball they are given.
The Federal Reserve still plays by the rules enacted through Congress. And it was the Graham Bill of '99 that gave i-bankers and corporate fat cats permission to over-leverage their assets."

Is the term "fatcats" used in the Gramm legislation Moe? Or is that your sneaky little propaganda term?

Moe, you mutha, was it MotherJones? I'll start puking as soon as I stop laughing.
http://www.motherjones.com/news/feature/2008/07/foreclosure-phil.html

Jimmy's "Oh wait" link is just another Soro's funded 527 group with one goal, smeer John McCain! Imagine that!

http://www.politico.com/blogs/bensmith/0708/Progressive_Media_USA_turns_into_ProgressiveAccountabilityorg_.html

You trolls really need to get away from Koz, Huffington and the Soros slime machine if you expect anyone here to ever take your posts seriously!

How about actually thinking for yourselves for a change! Uncle Georgie really likes independent thinkers.

How about you face up to the reality that Xerxes was created by Soros, owned be Soros and now has you troll minions repeating talking points ad nasium.

http://townhall.com/Columnists/MichelleMalkin/2008/08/20/democratic_platforms_hidden_soros_slush_fund?sort=desc&comments=true

It's his party damn it! he bought and paid for it, just ask him.

Sorry, Moe, I looked for "fatcat" (someone like Clinton, Kennedy, Dodd, Schumer...you know, uh, guys like that) in the bill but couldn't find it. Could you point me to it?
http://banking.senate.gov/conf/grmleach.htm

"-- Lame-O how do you expect anyone here to take you seriously when you link Troll Central Daily Koz for anything!! --"

Oh, forgot. Left wing blog text doesn't parse on right wing computers.

Here's a fun question for all you McCainanites out there. What was John McCain's position on privatization of social security? I'll let you fish around for it. He's got more than one.

Oh, here is a nefareous part of the bill, Moe. Now I see why you are so critical of it:

"Requires ATM operators who impose a fee for use of an ATM by a non-customer to post a notice on the machine that a fee will be charged and on the screen that a fee will be charged and the amount of the fee. This notice must be posted before the consumer is irrevocably committed to completing the transaction."

What a rat that Gramm is. He made it easy for fatcats to see that they might be billed for using an ATM.

Rezko's sentancing is 38 days from today - and 7 days before the election.

Fred, I was the one that used the word "fatcat" :P

"--- It is the Fed that decides that it is perfectly OK to leverage the dollar at a 90-1 ratio or worse; the i-bankers and corporate fatcats simply play with the ball they are given. ---"

Moe just happened to more or less agree with me by stating:

"--- The Federal Reserve still plays by the rules enacted through Congress. And it was the Graham Bill of '99 that gave i-bankers and corporate fat cats permission to over-leverage their assets. ---"

Note though, there is a subtle difference:

Whilst I use the term "fatcats" to generally mean people with deep pockets and deep connections, I cast no particular political meaning with it. They are who they are - nature of the beast, that sort of thing.

Moe's meaning might not necessarily be the same as mine.

That said, my argument for *some* regulation is geared toward the head of the beast - the Fed.

And as for the fatcats themselves, well ... they get away with trillions of dollars worth of compensation off the backs of the taxpayers because the rules say they can.

We cannot reasonably try them as "enemies of the Republic" in some sort of Jacobin fashion, because the regulation and the rules preventing (the fatcats) them from the same do not exist.

By either tightly regulating it, or better yet, disbanding it entirely and passing law to specifically forbid the monetization and/or leveraging of debt or other bad securities.

Let's go back to a gold (or rhodium, or platinum) standard, get rid of the Fed, and stop this senseless taxation by inflation that will reduce our grandchildren to debt-slavery!

www.instapundit.com references Dan's article along with a nice dig at the WAPO

"It's getting to the point to which if white Americans vote for this empty suit for any reason at all, it'll have to be because he's black."

Do ya think?

Representatives Bob Hagan of Youngstown (OH) and Tom Letson of Warren (OH) would also.

They argue many voters who call themselves "Democrats" or "Independents", but won't vote for Obama, have only one excuse, with Letson saying, "I would say that a lot of it is they're not going to vote for 'the black guy'".

Hagan called the issue "unpatriotic," adding those not willing to vote for Obama need "to face that fact. That that's not acceptable in America."

You folks on the right side (but wrong side of history) really crack me up. Every major news organization has noticed McSames lame ads and inaccurate attacks on Obama - even Fox News, for goodness sake. Even Karl Rove! Even the Bush White House is distancing itself from the claims and attacks of McSame. But you last, gasp 23%r's still - and I mean still - cling to your imperial GOP as if it were goint to save you. It won't.

The GOP doesn't like you, they never liked you. If you are in the top 1% of taxpayers - you might count for a little. If your are the reat of the 99% of Americans, the GOP is quite sure you don;t matter. Your votes don't matter, your future doesn't matter.

If you are better off than you were 7+ years ago, then keep the GOP criminal enterprise in our government. If you are NOT better off than 7+ years ago, whatcha going to do? You folks really hate smart people, don't you?

"Post-racial candidate my ass. Without his mixed race, this clown wouldn't be anything at all."

And yet he'd still be 5 steps ahead of Palin and 3 ahead of McSame.

What's up with this?

‘Blacks Against Obama’ Interrupt Campaign Rally

"You folks really hate smart people, don't you?"

Then we must love you pal. Nice sentence structure there Tommy boy!

"If your are the reat of the 99% of Americans, the GOP is quite sure you don;t matter."

LOL!!!

Great logic at work there Tommy. Try and slow down a little and wipe away some of the spittle hanging off of your chin.

That is spittle isn't it?

Troll central calling.. We have some fresh talking points for you to use these are getting a little worn out!!

" . . . if you don't also tow the line on all of his positions you may be an unconscious racist."
- - -

Speaking as a firmly-entrenched and self-satisfied-to-the-point-of-smugness member of the white male power structure, ("Yay, Penises!"), while I can see a temporary, short-term annoyance factor in having to listen to mindnumbingly stupid things such as "you took the last cruller, you vile selfish racist!", I'm comforted to know that, with the constant overuse and overreach of the racist claim - whose strength comes from its supposed unanswerability - it's impact becomes more and more attenuated, and, one day soon, someone is going to call some 20-something kid a racist (because the kid did something that the other person would not choose to have done themselves) and the 20-something kid is going to pause, think to themselves "THAT'S racism?! That's IT?!", and instantly realize that they've routinely suffered through things (maybe even daily) that were just as bad or maybe even worse.

And then they may decide that the whole "racism!" meme arose out of a need for victimhood, which is a requisite for most of the heavily-funded forms of rent-seeking.

To make a long story sh . . . uh, too late for that, I guess, but . . .

BO may well be the final nail driving himself deeper and deeper into the head of race-based entitlement.

Chosen one?

palin was chosen one, she didnt run for office
she was CHOSEN

obama was the one who ran in the primaries

and I dont hide like coward GOP - nwerle at yahoo

"You folks really hate smart people, don't you?"

Then we must love you pal. Nice sentence structure there Tommy boy!

"If your are the reat of the 99% of Americans, the GOP is quite sure you don;t matter."

LOL!!!

So, instead of telling me - and in turn the readers - what you think is wrong with the post, you simply go to the schoolyard and throw stuff? No answer? No response? No arguement? Just loading dock, home schooled drivel? That is what 7+ years of the GOP has done to this country - and you.

If you have a counter to my words, write them. If you have a better way of running things, share them. if you have ideas as to why my words were wrong, tell us. If you have anything - anything - to add to the post, let it out. Otherwise STFU.

Your awful party is ruining the country, and ruining your ability to have a voice - is that really what you want? To be shut out? To be made irrelevant? You need to be a part of the re-building of this country. To do that, you need to be more of an American, and less of a GOP hack.

"you are working against the sinful, greedy nature of some 300 million souls here in the USA"

Make it 299,999,999. My mom's actually pretty upright and selfless.

And, I imagine this new credit crisis must be the liberals' dream crisis. We get into the biggest, baddest, most over-valued housing bubble ever. People all over are buying houses they can't afford, making skadoodles of bux on them when they flip them the next month, using their new wealth to buy bigger, huger, more opulent palaces . . . and the appraisers are writing $200k houses up to $500k, and the consumer banks and mortgage placers are winking and lending, because they can just lay off the paper upstream, and everyone just keeps it all up until, last week, you hear this tremendous POP, and all the air goes out of Bear and Lehmans and AIG.'

In most bubble-popping crashes, it's the people downstream who get harvested over by the people upstream. In this one, the supposed fatcats are the ones who got cleaned out, 'cuz the bad paper got sold over and over going upstream.

Why those people ever thought that a worthless, lying appraisel would be worth more when bundled together with 10,000 other worthless, lying appraisels is beyond me.

Sac, that which you call Tommy I call moT because moT gets most things backwards. moT is straight out of HuffKos country. And he pretends he wants to know what's wrong with his "post". The simple answer is everything. Take moT's first sentence: "You folks on the right side (but wrong side of history) really crack me up."

(1) Socialism, his side, is the wrong side of history. (2)We really don't crack moT up. We scare the living crap out of moT because he is familiar enough with U.S. history to fear that Obama is way too radical to be elected POTUS. I could go through the rest of moT's statements but moT has proven in the past that it is a waste of time trying to discuss anything with him. He just keeps reverting to the same old nonsense and makes mind numbing use of your Ten Techniques.

He just keeps reverting to the same old nonsense and makes mind numbing use of your Ten Techniques.

But, still no discussion of the topic of the post - nothing. Only loud mouthed, schoolyard banter. 85% of the country thinks we are going in the wrong direction. Rove says McSame is a liar, Fox news says he is a liar. FOX NEWS! You attribute socialism to my words, but nothing in my words spoke of that. Then you say I am scared, without noting exactly what would scare me. It is just what McSame is doing; just what you are doing - just blowing words in the air, without any backup.

The time has come to take a stand for your future and the future of the country. Are you with the side who wants to progress and survive, or just with the bunch of jingos who believe threatening the entire planet will get us where we want to go? You remind me of the big mouth loading dock guy - all words, all anger, no brains. If the box won't fit on the truck, just wreck the box and it will fit. See you didn't destroy the box, you loaded the truck. See how easy it is to lie to yourself? The time has past for your type of progress. This precious country simply would not survive under a third Bush term.

See how easy it is to use words? You yell, I explain. You threaten, I discuss. You lie, I tell the truth. You really, really can't want the doddering old fool McSame in the WH, do you? Wow...

Isn't the topic of this post the Obama/Raines connection?

Feminists are in a rage over Palin

"A posting on a New York-based Web site for women, Jezebel.com, spoke of unbridled anger. "What I feel for her privately could be described as violent, nay, murderous, rage," an associate editor at Jezebel, Jessica Grose, wrote just after the Republican convention wrapped up. "When Palin spoke on Wednesday night, my head almost exploded from the incandescent anger boiling in my skull."

Tommy Boy, where to start.

The hate is strong in this one Obi-Wan Kenobi!

First,

"So, instead of telling me - and in turn the readers - what you think is wrong with the post"

I did attempt to highlight that your post was riddled with gramatical errors and shows that you are either;
1. Too stupid to type coherently or worse have no understanding of the basics of spelling or proper sentence structure.
2. Or that you lack the basic skills to edit the contents before you actually post your rambling thoughts.

Second you speak in generalities that are backed up by what facts? That is, did you provide any links to backup your moonbat talking points or are we simply to take them at face value.

"Every major news organization". By that do you mean the same MSM that is in the tank for the great god king Xerxes?

As far as Fox, the White House and Rove do you have any examples, links or verifiable facts that backup your assertions. Being able to see the entire context of these statements allows others to gain some insight into your rants.

"The GOP doesn't like you, they never liked you." -- Examples, links for the rational thinking folks here so that we are more able to follow your warped little troll mind to some logical conclusion.

You are an extremely agitated and angry little troll but with proper medication there is possibly hope for you long term! Although I, for one, do not hold out any hope for you short of a full frontal lobotomy!

If this man, if you want to call him that, is elected get ready for the "LAST" ride of your life and IT will be your last one. This country will be so screwed that it will never be the same.
God help us all. I am scared.

"--- Make it 299,999,999. My mom's actually pretty upright and selfless. ---"

Make that 6.8 billion souls, or however many people are alive today.

No disrespect to your mum or anyone else's mum, but God says in His Word that "all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23) and that "...There is none righteous, no, not one: there is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God." (Romans 3:10-11)

That's why we need a Saviour - Jesus Christ.

Raines is NOT an adviser to Obama and never was. The ad is obviously racist, two black folks picking on an old white lady.

McCain has more Freddie/Fannie folks on his team than Obama, but he likes to throw stones from his 7 glass houses.

"I'm always for less regulation" - John McCain

Thanks alot Johnny, for this mess you and your cronies in Washington have gotten us into. Now you're claiming a populist message. Good luck with yet another filp-flop. You don't need to debate Barry, you need to debate yourself.
