Yes, the mighty O chosen one has done it once again. "Hey, I know what I'll do. I'll answer a seven-year-old as if she were your average Starbucks clerk who just got laid off and can't scrape enough bucks together to go back to cosmetology school."
Yeah, that's the ticket. Geesh! Talk about out of touch. I can only imagine the nightmares his children must have from thinking they are growing up behind the new Iron Curtain and Satan Bush just might come by and pluck them from their home for something to eat at any minute.
Oh and as for the title of that children's book? How about, America Sux, and if your parents didn't teach you that they must be racist!
What an ass this clown is.

Children's book?? You mean like My Pet Goat? You know, the one that asshat read right before he went and hid in a bunker.

"-- Ed Morrissey has a partial transcript of Rush Limbaugh’s reaction to Obama’s answer, which pretty much says it all --"
Funny its phrased that way, because Rush then continued to keep yapping for another 3 hours. Did he round out the segment with another stirring rendition of the incredibly not-racist "Magic Negro" song?
Yeah, also, for those savants who didn't actually bother to click through the link, Barack isn't writing a children's book. Dan's just being his usual dumb self.

"-- he has seen the result of that in his plummeting poll numbers --"
Hahaha. Barack's poll numbers are plummeting! Plummeting I tell you! McCain wins this thing by 20 come November. Just you wait.

Moe writes "...Just you wait."
Now Moe, I know all you seven-year-olds know there is more to this sentence. Admit it. You forgot: "...and see".

Speaking of children's books, Worst wrote:
"In 2005/6, President Bush pushed for and signed legislation that cut $12.7 billion from student loan programs - the largest single cut in history. The legislation imposed higher fees on students and increased the interest rate on parent loans. The bill also put billions of dollars in student aid at risk by cutting all of the critical funds ($2.2 billion) used to carry out and administer the student aid programs."
So I wrote something like this:
God you're slow, Worst. Trying to make you understand anything is Sisyphean. If you show me after 2007, like now, that the government spent less dollars in 2007 on the same program than it did in 2006, that would be a cut. If they spent more on the program in 2007 than in 2006, that is an increase. The rest is plain BS. My concern, and it should be yours as a citizen, is how much WE are paying.
I await your results. Good luck finding out the nums. It seems Congress can't even find out how much.

"President Bush pushed for and signed legislation that cut $12.7 billion from student loan programs...."
Slightly less than accurate (totally surprising) but after listening to 2 people with law degrees from Ivy League schools whine about how hard it has been for them to pay their loans.......I think government loans should be abolished.
