Don't know as it will happen, but as I've previously posted, it should. Judith Klinghoffer urges McCain to select a woman for VP.
Something scares me this mornings and it is a feeling that Republicans are beginning to feel that the presidential elections are theirs to lose. Hence, all they need to do is avoid rocking the boat. Obama's failure to chose Clinton as his V.P. so alienated her supporters, especially women, that they will either vote McCain or stay home.

Why doesn't McCain just pick Hillary as his running mate. You know he wants to.

If McCain REALLY wanted to pull in the PUMA voters, he'd pick Sarah Palin. As I understand it, she is mildly pro-choice as well.
The drawbacks to doing that, lie in aggravating social conservatives even more than they've already been by Mac's "maverickness", as well as Ms. Palin being comparatively unknown outside of Alaska and political bloggers/political news junkies.

I honestly can't believe the ludicrous claims I read here.
"Republicans are beginning to feel that the presidential elections are theirs to lose."
Yeah, right. That's why the oddsmakers have Obama a 1 to 2 favorite. That's bet 2 to win 1.
What has happened to our great country? It's been taken over by imbeciles.

"If McCain REALLY wanted to pull in the PUMA voters"
Yeah, right on. Both of them.
That PUMA joke has gone on long enough. No one is buying it.
It is well known they are imposters. The founder donated money to McCain well before this election process started.

"--- What has happened to our great country? It's been taken over by imbeciles. ---"
Indeed it has. That 9% approval rating Democratic Congress sure is making a swell job of its imbecile-ry. May we have the fortitude to elect freedom-loving, conservative, constitutionalist congressmen (and women) this time around instead of these lightweight socialists.

You, seeker, are very much a part of the problem.
How can a god fearing person openly spread false witness. You know as well as anyone with any brains that the PUMA trick is bullshit.
Why do you continue to do it?

Yeah, seek, don't you know you don't have the right to express an opinion, or even state the obvious, after all, you're not a liberal.

I asked a simple question - for you to supply a link to this rumour about the PUMAs being donators to McCain's campaign. Or some other more substantive evidence beyond some DNC delegate's opinion that the PUMA movement was an undercover McCain operation.
I ask, because I honestly have not heard of this until you mentioned it.
Therefore, it is not I who bear the false witness of which you so (falsely) accuse me. In fact, you might just be bearing false witness in claiming I have some knowledge of this.
So I say again, conerning the PUMA-McCain rumours:

Honk, honk.
