Edward's Campaign Paid Over $1 Million To Fred Baron

Given a previous post and some email speculation that Edwards may have reimbursed Fred Baron for use of his private jet, I decided to go back through FEC records myself just to see what the cost of that type of flying might be for a Presidential contender.

From 2007 to 2008, the Campaign of John Edwards paid Fred Baron over $1 Million dollars, whatever the reason. Not significant but interesting, at least to me, were payments to what might be several members of the Baron family of similar, small amounts of money. And they are on the "payee" forms, not contributors. Of course, that could be a record keeping problem there, I'm not sure.
