Biden Does It Again

In this video clip at Hot Air, Biden somewhat humorously claims he left Scranton because:

Bob Casey was twelve years older than me, and Bobby Casey was twelve years younger than me. And I knew somebody famous was going to come out of Scranton, and I sure a’ hell knew it wadn’t gonna be me.

Not quite: Bob Casey, Jr wasn't born until 1960. Also, Biden is 18 years older than Casey, Jr. having been born in 1942. Maybe Obama should have selected a woman as VP to avoid someone who evidently feels compelled to lie about their age?

Until 1952, Biden lived with his parents and grandparents in a two-story Colonial on a tree-lined street in Green Ridge, an Irish-Catholic enclave and one of Scranton's nicest neighborhoods. Biden slept in an attic bedroom with sloped ceilings and a view of West Mountain, scrawling "Joe Biden was here" and "Kilroy was here" on the walls.
