The LED lights are a promising feature.
Michelle Malkin did a little write up on them (not for headlights) on how they are far more efficient than the "GoreBulbs" (compact fluorescent)

In Chicago blue lights (day or night) signify one thing - Police.

It look likes an offspring from the car, Kitt (Knight Industries Two Thousand) in the old TV series Knight Rider.
