Once again, I find it incredibly ironic and deeply amusing that the same folks who were decrying Hillary Clinton back in the 90s as a sleazy, drug-smuggling, murderous female Hitler are some of her biggest supporters in Pennsylvania.

Of course, these folks were the guys decrying McCain's nomination win over Romney some two months ago as a call to abandon the party entirely in favor of then-presumptive nominee Hillary.

So, if I do my math correctly (Fred - don't try this you may hurt yourself), the furthest reaches of the GOP right-wing are, in fact, the strongest and most consistent Hillary Clinton voting bloc of this primary season. The lulz, they know no bounds. You guys will vote for just about anyone, given the right amount of talking points.

"Obama's politics, connections and remarks have probably lost him just enough support to pull out a win over McCain."

Isn't there something amiss about this sentence?

Is this individual with the pseudonym, IslamoLlama, insane or just a very ignorant fool? My money's on the latter.

"--- the furthest reaches of the GOP right-wing are, in fact, the strongest and most consistent Hillary Clinton voting bloc of this primary season. The lulz, they know no bounds. You guys will vote for just about anyone, given the right amount of talking points. ---"

Seriously, man. Put the hash pipe away.

The only reason those of us on the right find this remotely amusing is to watch this slugfest between the donks go on as long as possible.

When all is said and don though, and you hippie have beaten one another down into a blood-drunk stupor, we will still wake up on the morning of 20 January 2009 to inaugurate one of three utterly unqualified and detestable men (or a woman) who will in some varied way, will contribute to the continued downfall of these United States from their place in the sun, much to the joy of Red China, India, Europa, and probably Russia and Brazil too.

Y'all are just taking a lot longer to bloody each other up (as nasty as the backbiting and scraping and dodging were on RedState and Polipundit and other righty blogs were over the selection of McBain as the nominee, they weren't a patch on what you Donks have been serving up)... and the post-primary wounds I suspect will be much more festery and painful to deal with.

While the "vote for Hilary over McCain" rhetoric was bandied about by some (Ann Coulter, Rush Limbaugh's "Operation Chaos", and many other not-so luminaries - including even this here paleoconservative) in the wake of McCain's presumption of nominee status, we got over it and pressed on. Mitt and even Hucka-isn't-gonna-bee dropped out when they saw that The Machine™ was not interested in them (and The Machine™ ALWYS gets what it wants)...

And even the Hon. Dr. Ron Paul has realized the absolute failure of his campaign to resonate with the Republican base: he only remains on the ballot of the remaining primaries because he is one of those few rare beasts left in America - a politician who is a man of his word.

I think Alan Keyes has recently left the GOP and will likely run as an independent or possibly a Constitutionalist, if he can sell us on the illegal and undeclared war in Iraq and A'stan (I'm pulling for Roy Moore or Sen. Bob Smith on the CP ticket if they make it there at the CP convention next week)...

And for the folks with a strong libertarian conservative bent, the Libertarian Party may offer a hopeful in the form of Bob Barr.

Granted, none of these third-rate third party candidates (with the possible exception of Barr, who may prove to be a spoiler, although not likely reaching anywhere near the nadir that nattering nabob Ralph Nader was for the Dems in 2000, nor Perot for the GOP in 1992) have a snowball's chance in a furnace of getting anywhere near a single electoral vote (much less 270 of 'em) to win the big race in November.

But for me, it is either support a not-so-viable third party guy, or a write-in of "None of the Above".

If we see a mass defection of people out of BOTH parties to become "registered independents" this year, much less a noticeable swell of "NOTA" or third party voters, this would be a banner year for it.

The sentence is illogical.

On the topic though, Drudge has Clinton up 11 pts in red fonts.

Dems are cracking up like the Trotskyites, Leninites, & Stalinites in Animal House. More Cowbell, please!

Roy Moore?? I think the hair dye made him crazy. Not as crazy as you, but pretty crazy nonetheless.

"-- If we see a mass defection of people out of BOTH parties to become "registered independents" this year, much less a noticeable swell of "NOTA" or third party voters, this would be a banner year for it. --"

Yeah, I wouldn't bank on that. Third party support - be it for Nader or Bloomberg or Roy Moore or Ron Paul - has been positively anemic. No one is interested in an upset election like Bush v Gore. And, as if I even have to remind you, the Obamamentum is absolutely frightening. Liberals took Dennis Hastert's seat just a few weeks back in a proxy battle between McCain and Obama. I'll let you read up on how well that went.

Hey, don't get me wrong. I understand WHY you guys are cheering on Hillary like regulars at hillaryis44.org, but I just find it incredibly amusing. It's like playing dodge with a bullet. Imagine if Hillary really was the horrible monster that the GOP painted her as throughout the 90s. Would they really want her to take the nomination in '08, with a groundswell of liberal voters and mass defections of GOP loyalists? It's a sad delaying of the inevitable. McCain wants to put off an actual Democratic Nominee rising for as long as possible with his absolutely abysmal fund raising numbers. The shorter the actual General Election season, the better.

It's like the Wingnut tide of 1980, but in reverse. Coat-tails, kids. You're going to be seeing a lot of them.

"--- Not as crazy as you, but pretty crazy nonetheless. ---"

Why, thanks, "chris". That's about the nicest thing I've ever heard come out of that nearly useless, gaping, maw of yours.

Always glad to be of service.

"--- Yeah, I wouldn't bank on that. Third party support - be it for Nader or Bloomberg or Roy Moore or Ron Paul - has been positively anemic. ---"

You might have read past the part where I indicated that it will be much more likely (by comparison) that people will de-register from the Dems and the GOP as a result of primary shenanigans. I threw the third party bit in there to contrast it.

I think I also mentioned that no third party candidate has a chance, unless God sends a miracle at the very last moment (and frankly, I'd say that God has already indicated that this nation is on its last legs: Judgment is coming, and very, very, few people will enjoy it).

But in the meantime, keep on enjoying the sideshow/freak show that is an American Presidential election year... it will definitely be the high point of the next four years, if not the next several POTUS election cycles.

WHY IS THE MEDIA HIDING THE TRUTH ABOUT HILLARY'S SECRET RELIGION (CULT ?)

It was obvious as one would watch the 'coverage' of the war that all of the cable news networks were working for the Bush Regime. The ONLY place we as Americans could attempt to gather some truth was through C-Span, Huff, Democracy Now and a few other sites which would show all of the networks to be actually misleading America. Now, with as simple a tool as Google, Americans can find out information that the networks won't give. Hillary's secret religion (cult) known as 'The Family' is a D.C. based group of the richest folks in America who 'pray to Jesus for the elite to rule the world' . The fact that there has been absolutely no mention of her cult leads one to believe that the higher-ups at the networks (and other big corporations) are a part of 'The Family'.....and the plan to rule the world. I know.... it sounds far fetched. You can find a great list of links regarding 'The Family' at www.Blacks4Barack.org. Truthtellers like Huffington, The Nation, Mother Jones and others have all done recent stories about 'The Family'....but where's CNN, MSNBC, Fox or the gang. They all know that there's an internet rumbling going on right now about this cult. But....no mention. Do the research yourselves....Google 'Hillary The Family' or 'The Fellowship' or 'The Christian Mafia'....once you do....you'll see that it is not only scary....BUT IT MUST BE STOPPED !!!!!!!!!!!!!! LEARN/SHARE !!!!!

"Always glad to be of service."

Perhaps a bit less 'service' on silly web pages and a little more effort in real life would make some sense. Geez...

Obviously, Drive-by-Spammer Greg Jones is not a frequent reader of RWV...

"Leave it to the Dems to self-destruct. They're good at it."

Hmmm. What do call what the republicans have accomplished in the last 2 years?

in re: jharp--

I could only hope that the (R)s have learned a thing or two during their 2-year exile, but that may be dangerously optimistic of me.

seeker,

Perplexing to me. You'd have thought they learned and McCain won the nomination on being a liberal. The he flip flops and start supporting the same failed policies of George Bush.

Go figure.

"-- I think I also mentioned that no third party candidate has a chance --"

Only a real fool runs for President on a 3rd Party ticket with the intent to win. But putting your name on the ballot is one of the cheapest ways to advertise your party. Getting into the primary or general election debates lets you air your position and earn name recognition. Love them or hate them, everyone knew who Ralph Nader and Pat Buchanan were by the end of 2000.

If you're looking to grow a political movement, running a high-press Prez Candidate isn't a bad place to start. The only problem is that 3rd Party Candidates are often the scapegoats for why an ideologically similar candidate loses. Ross Perot got a royal beating after Clinton won in '92, and Nadar took a large share of the blame for Gore's loss in '00, even though the lack of strong support for Perot and Nadar failed to changed the constituencies of the candidates in the following election cycle.

All that aside, people still aren't exactly flocking to the Constitution Party or the Libertarian Party. Ron Paul - the closest thing to a libertarian the GOP had in the race - raised a respectable sum of money but failed to galvanize a fraction of the voters he needed. The Democratic Party - having been labeled "fringe" and "radical" - has developed its own party-within-a-party as the netroots duke it out in the primaries rather than split off as their own institution. But there's no serious "Green" movement like there was eight years ago. Bush's anti-eco policy, along with Gore's green-friendly global exposure, has turned the Democratic Party into a magnet for environmental activists despite much serious greening of the internal party apparatus.

Your third parties just aren't there, Seek. There's too sharp a distinction between Dems and Republicans. People feel like they really do have a choice this election, and with Obama leading the ticket, we'll get to find out how opposed to his left-wing radical ideology this country really is.

"the furthest reaches of the GOP right-wing are, in fact, the strongest and most consistent Hillary Clinton voting bloc of this primary season"

i sure know a lot of guys with hillaryphobia that ran out and voted obama.

'The Christian Mafia'? all this time i thought that was Huck. i need to stock up on popcorn, this is going to be good.

Rednecks is funny folk.

http://www.wyff4.com/news/15948849/detail.html

They should be praying for cheap gas!! Hahaha!!

damn, those hillary people. redneck as they come.

Expectations are for a close call in Pa so if SHE hits 11 pts I think Obamas pundit pals heads will explode.

And the pressure will be on to debate, yet again. NC is important no?

Katey has to put the pressure on. America wants to know.

"And the pressure will be on to debate, yet again. NC is important no?"

Obie has repeatedly said that he's just too busy to debate in NC. Two ways to look at that I guess. NC has a 21% black voter block and even among whites he has a lock here or we're just not important to him. We're also electing a new governor this year (thank God) and it might be wise for the dims to try helping each other wipe the egg off their faces.

The present and former military vote is a sleeper, no one seems to be asking them anything. The commercials are a hoot! It might be a wee bit closer than I think but Obie's walking away with North Carolina.

"I sure know a lot of guys with hillaryphobia that ran out and voted obama"

Yup, that's my own intention but then I would vote for a Stalin/Mao ticket before I'd even consider Clinton.

Lordy, when I read this from Moe, "...So, if I do my math correctly (Fred - don't try this you may hurt yourself)..." I became afeared and grabbed my slide rule for protection. Alack and welladay, there was no need to fear. I saw narry a sine nor cosine, obtuse nor accute...well, maybe just a little obtuse. No math of any kind. Guess it must be somewhere in the background.

Boob the Bigot has provided the text of a question Americans in their millions want answered: "Osama, Obama, are they brothers?" Well, are they? Hmm. Both are tall and slim. Both make speeches composed mostly of fluff. Both thirst for power for who knows what ends. Both are estranged from their families. Both are known to wear African garb. Well, Boob the Bigot, I give up. What's the answer?

Bravo, chris, if they are willing to forget your past, why not take advantage. A three-year hitch in the big INF would put the roses back in your cheeks.

Blue collar workers will vote for Hillary. If Obama wins the nomination they will vote for McCain. The real question is who can win against McCain and who cannot. I think Hillary could win against McCain but Obama cannot. Of course I have been for McCain from the get go. I was thinking about all the people on here who used to be against McCain. Have they come over to Johnny Mac yet? Or not?
And BoobinStamford: We will no longer be called rednecks. We are Appalachian Americans from now on.

"A three-year hitch in the INF..."

That was as far as I got, Fred, as I was laughing so hard. chris/Boob in a combat unit is just too much, even for someone with an imagination. But funny it was, Fred.

"Proud? Hold on a minute"

Wow!! chrissy that's really impressive. Out of 180,000 people 350 had "criminal records" that's just atrocious. Quick, someone find Pookie the LLama to help us with the math. And some of those awful, awful crimes....like, like shoplifting..OMG!!!!!!

The military is over a million people, I bet if you work really hard you'll find that some of those people committed crimes. But then you could grab a million 80 year olds and find sokme of them have as well.

Who would want to enlist to join a bunch of felons?

"Who would want to enlist to join a bunch of felons?"
The better question is who would want to enlist to defend people unwilling to defend themselves?

"But things are all about expectations right now with the PA vote this week."

No it's not. Are you seriously this stupid? There are very few states left, it's all about how many Delegates she wins--you know, the election?

So true. Why don't people realize that Iraq was behind 9/11? America needs more thinkers like you.

"Why don't people realize that Iraq was behind 9/11? America needs more thinkers like you."

Well if you think Iraq was behind 9/11 America certainly doesn't need geniuses like you. Geeze no wonder dims voted en bloc to get us into that foolishness. I guess political expediency is easier than picking up a history book though.

I bet "chris" and/or the Boob are just like that gay secular humanist Netherlander fella that Mark Steyn referenced (courtesy of one of our own fellow RVW'ers) - the "Trifecta of EuroCool"

Completely selfish.

Completely greedy.

and:

Completely useless.

I shudder to think what "chris" or Boob will do when faced down with all gun-toting enemies: and by that I don't mean us rednecks, but rather, Islamists, ex-convicts on the rampage as society breaks down, and all other sorts of hooligans out for trouble and for blood should our enemies have opportunity to rejoice in our final downfall.

In a way, I could almost pity them - likely they will be found fattened, dull, and in shock as their world crumbles around them, and utterly dependent on whatever few tender mercies the local gangsters will have to offer. They may well be as sheep unto the slaughter.

Or will the boob and his transgendered boyfriend "chris" be right there with said hooligans, hoping against hope that they aren't found out to be fakers?

And for joeb:

"--- I was thinking about all the people on here who used to be against McCain. Have they come over to Johnny Mac yet? Or not? ---"

Not I. Depending upon who gets on the Libertarian or Constitution party tickets, I'll probably vote for one of them in November; barring any favorable candidate, I'll simply leave the lever unpulled for POTUS/VP and vote in my downticket races as I see fit. If I can, I might write-in "None of the Above".

The lesser of two evils is still evil.

It would appear that the friend of teh Jeeebus and teh cadets is a bit angered. Go play with your computer. You seem expecially adept at killing time.

"--- It would appear that the friend of teh Jeeebus and teh cadets is a bit angered... ---"

Not really. If anything, I pity you.

"--- Go play with your computer. You seem expecially adept at killing time. ---"

Indeed I shall, and indeed I am. Of course, it is my time to kill, being my lunch hour.

Say, chris, what is your date to report for basic training? Now don't keep those DIs waiting.

"expecially" ?

Hmmm, I'd axe where that spelling comes from but I'm sure I know. Indiscreet= where chrissy parks her car.

"Presidential races are almost always decided by small margins. Obama's politics, connections and remarks have probably lost him just enough support to pull out a win over McCain."

Not really - most recent elections have been pretty lopsided affairs with a few exceptions.

The election is still months away, the REAL campaign hasn't even started yet. The Democrats have major advantages in money, motivation and the general political environment. They haven't started campaigning against McCain yet, who has major liabilities, not the least of which is that he's essentially wants to be Bush III. The election is going to come down to whether the public wants to stay with largely the status quo, in which case McCain wins, or they want major change, and Obama wins.

"Hmmm, I'd axe where that spelling comes from but I'm sure I know. Indiscreet= where chrissy parks her car."

You marginalized rednecks are pure entertainment. Thankfully we have meth and venereal disease to keep your numbers in check.

"They haven't started campaigning against McCain yet, who has major liabilities, not the least of which is that he's essentially wants to be Bush III."

Ah but no, Mr Ever. He doesn't want to be Bush, you jerks want him to be. Keep on repeating the lies just as you have always done; it isn't going to make them true.

"You marginalized rednecks are pure entertainment."

indisguise= Where the buzzards circling chrissy's slovenly body fly

God sent his only begotten inbred, redneck son - Dale Earnhardt - to die for your sins. This is how you repay Him????

THREE CHEERS FOR MARGINALIZED REDNECKS WHO CAN SPELL SIMPLE WORDS AND KNOW THAT VD AND METH ABUSE DO NOT KEEP PEOPLE FROM MATING.

Who is Dale Earnhardt?

"Who is Dale Earnhardt?"

Doh!! silly me...just a google away....I guess I'd have known that if I were a vapid couch potato with little to do but watch tv

What Fred, you don't like Bush?

Show me any MAJOR differences he has with Bush on Iraq, the economy or health care.

Oh chrissy left, must be time to waddle down to the bus stop to meet the kiddies. Maybe they'll stop for ice cream before she plops them in front of the television while she makes dinner from a box.........or will they order pizza? Stay tuned for more misadventures of chrissy........or reruns of Married with Children....which ever you find more interesting.
