Vietnam War Memorial Wall Goes Virtual

I must have missed this in the news. Link via Richie at the MLK Foundation blog.

The virtual version of the famous memorial — which is a pair of 246-foot black granite walls inscribed with the names of more than 58,000 American military casualties — is searchable.

I like it a lot! It very impressive. Good work. Thanks!

"what happens when your country sticks its nose where it doesnt belong."

Which is bad enough but then for congress to turn it's back on an ally, cut funding and allow a blood bath to ensue. Here we are about to do the exact same thing next year. Great.

Have a good trip Cindi and enjoy the reminder of what happens when your country sticks its nose where it doesnt belong. And please, no more talk of being on your knees.

Yes, and that lesson is that third-world tinpot dictators and and their ilk should have free run outside our borders. What could possibly go wrong.

Why, oh why, won't we defer to our betters?!?

It's a shame that we can build these things so often and yet never learn from them. How many more Vietnams before America learns its lesson?

Thanks Dan.
Hope to visit the wall as well as the Korean and W.W.II memorials again next month. Brings you to your knees.
GOD BLESS AMERICA, GOD BLESS OUR FALLEN.
