Endorsed by Louis Farrakhan when Farrakhan delivered the eulogy for his late Grandmother, Julia Carson, who he replaced, Andre Carson is now the second Muslim to have been elected to Congress in the US. Members of CAIR are said to have strongly supported his candidacy, including through organized fund raising efforts and events.
After Julia Carson died Dec. 15, Louis Farrakhan delivered a eulogy at her funeral, leading some local political bloggers to question Andre Carson's ties to the controversial Nation of Islam leader.
Andre Carson said the ties barely exist: His mosque is not affiliated with the Nation of Islam. He said he approves of some of the group's work, including fighting drug use in Indianapolis.

New Caliphate, here we come! Only 433 members left to go.

Nah, IL... it won't take that many. About 289 more Muzzie congressman (no congresswimmins allowed) for a veto-proof supermajority plus or minus a few dozen collaborators and Christian-hating atheists and ACLU-card carriers who despise the sight of children silently praying before they eat their school lunches, but who can also bend over backwards to accommodate the demands from Islamists for installing ceremonial foot-baths or setting aside special prayer rooms that face Mecca, or who complain about not using school taxes to build a muzzein tower so those same kids can be called to prayer.
Of course, we might not even need that to guarantee that we scrap the US Constitution for Shari'a law; given the level of anti-America hate that the Dhimmicrats tend to carry about with them, they'd gladly shred that venerable document and allow the moon "god" worshipers to use it to dry their feet off with.

Wait... links please? Or did you eat too much pizza after midnight and start suffering the muslim night terrors?

No links. You're the one being snarky about the Muzzies taking over Congress.
I'm just responding to your foolishness in kind.

FWIW though... I still can't wrap my mind around why the activist atheist types and the secularists get so hot and bothered about Christianity being expressed on public (i.e. state-owned) property, but they give Islam a pass.
Especially given Islam's track record on women's rights and the like... it is far more regressive - reactionary even - than Christianity.

This contradiction may stem from the fact that such events only transpire in your head. Back on Planet Earth, "activist atheists" aren't any more welcoming to public displays of Islamic faith than they are hostile to public displays of Christianity. The wingnuts just tend to be louder and more obnoxious about their faith than your standard American Muslim. But when ex-Chief Justice Roy Moore has an 11th hour conversion to the Caliphate and tries to set up a giant stone Koran in front of the Capital Building and the ACLU fails to protest, you just let me know.

How about we make Muslim kids live like Christians at school for two weeks?

"The wingnuts just tend to be louder and more obnoxious about their faith than your standard American Muslim."
So is Obama's preacher man Rev. Jeremiah Wright of the Trinity United Church of Christ a loud and obnoxious wingnut?

So what?
If I'm not mistaken our Constitution specifically states there shall be religious tests to hold office.
Why do you hate the Constitution?
