Twice Deported Serial Teen Rapist Cries In Court

A serial rapist, twice deported for drug related arrests, has been arrested in multiple rapes of teenage girls amounting to 25 felony charges. He cried in court. That and a jail house conversion would have gotten him halfway to a Huckabee pardon in Arkansas. But it's okay. He was a hard worker and good family man doing jobs Americans wouldn't do, like construction.

Police arrested Batiz Aceves on Friday morning and discovered in less than 24 hours from DNA test results that he is a match for a serial rapist who has been stalking and raping young girls in Chandler for nearly two years, police announced Saturday.

Batiz Aceves, 39, originally from a town in Sinaloa, Mexico, began living in the United States illegally in 1988 and lived in Sacramento for nearly 16 years, where he worked for a construction company, computer records show.

Maricopa County... this is Sheriff Joe Arpaio's county! Also, the ex-girlfriend says he's such a stand-up guy, even kept driving her daughter to school after they broke up... I bet he did. These children who don't have their real dads around don't stand much of a chance when mom takes up with a man who doesn't marry her.

So, how does one who is an illegal alien, a drug offender, and a twice-deported man end up living comfortably with a family in Arizona?

Formerly, Arizona was well known as a border state with a heart for Illegal aliens. Recently, Arizona has become notably more aggressive on the issues of illegal immigration. There have been reports in Arizona that many illegals had returned to Mexico to celebrate Christmas and have decided not to return.

I applaud the work of authorities here that were able to catch on quickly to the real identity of this man (he originally used a fake name with them).

They walked a tightrope between respecting the man's civil rights as a potential citizen, yet were able get a rapists DNA before he fled back over the border. I would imagine much of this occurred within a matter of hours. Great work to Chandler Police Dept.

Not such a great job for the State Of Arizona who played host to a man for almost 2 years while he raped one US Citizen after another. The man would have had worked some place or sought medical treatment at some time for his family among many other things.
