As Bill Clinton has noted Jesse Jackson won the Democrat Primary in South Carolina in 1984 and 1988 so Obama's win is really no big deal so far. With blacks being only 12 per cent of the population of the USA voting by a black voting block will not get him the nomination or the general election. As soon as the Democrats start thinking about the general election they will all fall in line behind Hillary and Bill. They had effectively made Obama the black candidate. Not the candidate who happens to be black. But it was nice to see Hillary lose anyway. Bill and Hillary and their staffs know how to county states and delegates. It is Super Tuesday that will tell the tale. And I cant see Obama running as her running mate after all this in fighting. Or Edwards either. Wonder who she is thinking about for VP.
