Natalee Holloway Case To Re-open?

Is this the guy Van der Sloot threw wine on in a recent TV event in Holland? Damn. Strange case - just doesn't want to go away. The question is, is this valid, or a troll for a TV special? Maybe they have someone on camera saying something. Or, could be they simply offer more speculation.

After a Dutch journalist declared that his private investigation had solved the mysterious disappearance of American teenager Natalee Holloway, the chief prosecutor in Aruba announced today that he is reopening the case.

Van der Sloot Confronts ReporterReporter Peter R. de Vries said he used a sophisticated network of hidden cameras in what he called an "undercover operation" to obtain evidence that he claimed "has solved the mystery" of Holloway's disappearance on May 30, 2005.

He credited de Vries with uncovering the leads and said, "This information may help considerably in the solution of the mystery of Natalee's disappearance."

De Vries said that he and his team had been conducting an undercover operation for several months, and that he would broadcast his findings in a special program on Dutch television this Sunday.

Yes, the suspects can be rearrested and charged. They were never charged before, just held and heard as suspects. Once charged and aquitted the can't be charged again of course. But that is not the case here. There seems to be footage of JvdS admitting her death and the way she disappeared while in a Dutch casino.

He's really great in solving cases that are going on for years.

Trust me, he knows what he's doing and when he does it!

I've watched the show where both Peter R. de Vries and Joran v/d Sloot (including his parents) were invited to talk about the case Holloway...You could notice very easily that Joran was lying. He's a pathological liar...and a psycho!!
If you're not guilty, you don't get angry like he did on several occasions, shown on tv.
And his dad (a lawyer) is involved too, I'm sure. At the time of the crime, his mother was in The Netherlands. During the interview a month ago, his dad said: "They should've focussed more on the family's part in this mystery..they didn't do that. It's the first thing you do".
Then Peter answered: "No, the first thing you do, is questioning the person who saw her alive the last time!"
I now hope they will find Natalee..so she finally can rest in peace. May god bless her soul and family.

The girl drank herself into oblivion each night.
The girl left with 3 strangers, and none of her friends cared enough about her, or were just to drunk/drugged out themselves, to watch her back.
The girl is dead.
The parents seem more about making a buck off their daughters disappearance, with book deals, foundations, speaking engagements, donations, and being celebrities...then they are about trying to find out what happened.

Sad as it is, it's been 2.75 yrs. No other missing case, ever had this much coverage as long as this case has played out in the media,or on blog sites. It seems about every 3 months there is some type of "breaking news" in the case, only to fizzle out, on closer inspection.

Beth has been strong all the way through this ordeal. I would probably have a melt-down in her case, then have the media make me look as insane as you imply Beth is for searching for her own daughter.

I live in holland, and i think van der sloot knows so much more than he says. Peter r de vries solved many important dutch murder and missing cases. When he says he got new evidence i have to believe him. He got his own program for years now and did many good things.

i watch the show with van der sloot en de vries, and Joran looked very stressed. He was lying, i could easly tell.

He's credible, definitely no Geraldo. Solved a lot of cases the police couldn't, mainly because he has the time they don't have, plus, as a civilian, he can work with hidden camera's, evidence gathered this way holds, while police themselves can not use these methods. The story is he cooperated with (an) Aruban insider(s) known by JvdS, insider went to Holland and extended the contact with JvdS to the point, where he "told too much". Described as "JvdS's "coming out". We'll see, Sunday.

Fact is, the people on this same trip were close. It was a senior class graduation trip. I believe there was a relative or two who had attended this same trip.

I believe Natalee would have never done, should she had been sobber. I'm still not certain if it were decided she were drugged. Her friends played a big part in this, and still wondering why the Mountain Brook Students were silenced.

This would have been Steve Croes, the party boat DJ who had access to a Zodiac. He was arrested and released early in the initial investigation back in 2005, however not before letting loose a humdinger of a lie. You can find a CNN interview of Croes on YouTube where he is lying through his teeth. Clearly, Croes is the "friend with a boat" who assisted the body disposal at sea.

1. Steve Croes stayed at the Tatoo Party Boat which was docked to the beach where Natalee was last seen on May 30, 2005.

2. Steve Croes went out of the blue to authorities and told them JK2 dropped Natalee off at the Holiday Inn (which at the time they already denied to officials)

3. Steve Croes was fired as a DJ from the Tatoo Party Boat.

4. Someone got interesting stuff (fishcage, rope) out of the Fishermans Huts near the place where Natalee was last seen (and close to the docking location of the Tatoo party boat)

5. The Tatoo party boat has been sold on Ebay the week after Natalees dissapearance.

6. The guestbook on the Tatoo Party Boat website was taken down shortly after.

7. Steve is affiliated with the "guy with glasses" who harassed a woman at the beach prior to Natalees dissapearance. (both steve and the "glasses" guy appear in a photograph which has been sent to the Dutch Crime Reporter Peter R. de Vries in late 2006.)

went to the beach with NH, had semi-sex, NH had a stroke, dragged her to the bushes at the high side of the beach. Walked to the Marriott hotel's outside swimming pool's payphone, called a friend Daury, an Aruban local now living in Holland, working on Aruba as a banana boat man, dragging touris across the shore on a large banana, with his own boat. Daury came over, looked at the body, supposed she was dead, got his boat and dumped her not even 2km off shore into the ocean. JvdS walked home from the spot, and started internet messaging to cover up his path. JvdS brags how he will abuse the situation regarding the arrests and the stigma put on him, by demanding huge compensation. Seems it is gonna be another story for him from now on. USA should prosecute him, and put him away for good. Please.

"Joran phones a person named ‘Daury’ who is half Dutch and half Aruban. A couple of other times Joran talks about the fact that he was helped by several other people that night. Daury has a boat docked in front of the hotel in which he takes cruise tourists on ‘tubes’ and ‘bananas’. Daury came instantly to Joran and together they quickly declared that Natalee was in fact dead.
Together they carried the girl from the beach into Daury’s boat. Daury tells Joran to walk home. He, the friend, takes off onto the ocean where he throws Natalee’s body out of the boat into the sea. After that he visits Joran at his home, he has an apartment in the garden of his parent’s house, to talk about what happened. Joran tells Daury he walked back home and hid his shoes in a storm drain. Later on he sat some time behind his computer and the following morning he went to school as usual. The next night he went to the casino ‘just to be recorded on camera’. In a cold premeditated manner he leaves behind traces which could clarify that he didn’t have time to kill Natalee. Very clever for a seventeen-year-old, but Joran is of course the son of a judge-to-be."

Actually not certain what to make of this, is it a hoax or is this individual telling his audience 'these are the facts' as MSM has indicated corruption from the beginning. The web page is no doubt questionable. The plastic bag is most disturbing. The mysterious disappearance of Natalee Holloway over two years ago from the island of Aruba may be solved, Fox News Bill O'Reilly reported on his show, The Factor.

On his Thursday evening broadcast, O'Reilly said "inside sources" from the island where the 18-year-old high school student who disappeared on May 30, 2005 have informed him that the real story behind the girl's disappearance was due to a heart attack from an overdose of cocaine.

"The (O'Reilly) Factor has learned - from sources we have to protect - that Natalee Holloway, the 18-year-old Alabama woman who disappeared two years ago in Aruba, died from cardiac arrest brought on by an overdose of cocaine."

Natalee Holloway was last seen at a bar called Carlos'n Charlie's around 1:30 in the morning leaving with Joran van der Sloot, Deepak Kalpoe, and his brother Satish Kalpoe in Deepak's car.

According to the O'Reilly report, the young woman died of a heart attack brought on by an accidental overdose of cocaine, and the young men with her panicked and dumped her body in the sea.

Natalee may not have been on cocaine. Remember there were allegations that there had been a date rape drug put in her drink? Maybe that is why Joran instead of calling for emergency help tried to dispose of her body because he didn't want it found out what either he or the guys at the bar were doing.
