Does Huckabee have any idea what he's actually saying here? A religious movement leading a political party is theocratic in nature. I don't believe many Americans want any religious faction leading one of our major parties.
Mark Levin rightly finds Huckabee's tactics deplorable.
"Many of us who have been Republicans out of conviction . . . the social conservatives," he told reporters, "were welcomed in the party as long as we sort of kept our place, but Lord help us if we ever stood forward and said we would actually like to lead the party."
Well, after decades of oligarchy maybe theocracy would be fun.

Theocracy? You need to look up the definition. I would be much more concerned about electing a Mormon than a Baptist if I were worried about a theocracy.

Actions speak louder than words Templar Knight. Not once have i seen footage or a new story showing Romney using a Mormon pulpit anywhere nor taking 10,000 dollar contributions from any church. Huckabee is working churches like Jessee Jackson and Al Gore. I didn't like it when they did it either for what it is worth. I would fear a Theocracy more from Mike also from the fact he helped release prisoners on the say so that they had come to know Christ and would not do bad things anymore. We know in Missouri all too well the results of that Theocratic rule.
Washington needs an outsider and the only viable ones left are Rudy or Mitt.

It could never happen, even if Huckabilly really wanted to do it. I don't think he does, he just wants the votes from those who do. He's not stupid enough to want it or try to do it, he's just stupid enough to say it.
Huckleberry is too conservative on religion and too liberal on criminals and the economy and immigration.
Huckabye? Huckabee wants to have adulterers, homosexuals and rape victims stoned to death. He also wants to make alcohol and music videos illegal, and make women 2nd class citizens and to take all girls out of school.
Oops, my bad, that's another 'religion'.
