The Romney campaign has created a series of website banners/buttons for the growing number of online Thompson supporters who’ve endorsed Governor Romney’s candidacy in the past few days.
Good to see they care enough about the bloggers to do an outreach.

Could this be a strong indication that Fred might be considering a VP run with Mitt? I can't believe Romney's campaign would be putting out all these Fredhead banners without some kind of "insider" knowledge. Or am I just indulging in wishful thinking?

Based on the latest, nah, Fred isn't talking to anyone. I think it's just that Mitt is the logical alternative for many Fredheads, though I think they'll be spread a bit to Rudy and McCain, too.

I'm hoping more FredHeads get on the MittWagon. He's the next best thing (however distantly so) to Fred.
