Update: Geesh, HuffPo calls for the Clintons to go away. It's a shame more Democrats don't realize how much of America would just as soon see Clinton, Inc. disappear from the political stage. Of course, as a conservative, it's not that much of a shame. Nominate her, now!! ha
Because they surround themselves with people like Mark Penn and James Carville (Rove-like figures, just dumber and more duplicitous than Karl), and rather than making the Clintons look pure by contrast, they make them look even sleazier.
Bill Kristol writes it's time to move on ... from Hillary. The Clintons have worked so hard over the years to put a lock on the Democrat establishment, I'm not sure the Dems can move on, even if they want. I suspect privately a great many of them do.
But they may not. And then maybe they'll finally realize the Clintons were never really all that. Bill himself never carried fifty percent of the electorate. For me, ultimately I guess it's fine if Hillary gets the Dem nod and there's no Right-side third party. Hillary will never achieve what Bill didn't electorally, and she will lose in the general election.
It isn't only Republicans, or the far right that have had enough of the Clintons.

Smoke and mirrors.
