Some Evangelicals Miffed At Huckabee

It stems from a recent gathering of clergy. They're very pro-immigration, so they don't have much good to say about any Republicans. But apparently some are especially miffed at Huckabee for selling out his "biblical" position as soon as he got traction in the polls.

link: But he said evangelicals are most ''surprised'' by former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, whom he said ``started with a Biblical position and the minute he moved up in polls, took a step to the right.''

As governor of Arkansas, Huckabee assailed the federal raid of a poultry plant, but earlier this month called for deporting undocumented immigrants who don't return to their home country and fining employers who hire them. His campaign didn't immediately respond to a telephone call or e-mail seeking comment.

What is the "Blibical" possesion on immigration? Remember to keep thy anchent landmarks? Or when Asa had his men build walls and "evey man his sword?" Or for us to remember not to "vex" a stranger?
God created nations, he gave us foregn languages to speak. So what is it?
