Drudge has a "developing" header that McCain is going back to compete in Iowa. Perhaps that's coming but it now links to this item that doesn't mention Iowa, except for McCain's recent endorsement by the Des Moines Register.
I don't believe McCain's support for the Iraq War has hurt him with Republican voters, as they claim. The Left wing blogs might think that, but you'd think the media would know something about Republican politics.
Once the Republican heir apparent, McCain's campaign plunged close to extinction this year, as a cash crunch and his unpopular support for the Iraq war and moderate line on illegal immigration took a toll.

"...his unpopular support for the Iraq war...took a toll."
Well, I'm a Repub voter, and his support for the war is the main reason I have positive feelings for him. Mr. Collinson doesn't know what he is talking about, or he is so far left he believes this nonsense.
