Let's see - the guy who said it isn't gone from the campaign. Gee, wouldn't you think Hillary would be fuming because this blew up on her? Tell him to get lost? Nah.

On tarmac at Reagan Airport en route to debate, Clinton tells rival that negative, personal characterizations are not a part of her campaign.

It won't fly, as it feeds right into why many people are uncomfortable with Hillary and the Clintons in the first place. I'd wager things are even worse behind the scenes than we're being told. Her polls must be tanking and there're just no good choices.
