For God's Sake, Stop Whining If You Want To Lead The Free World

I watched the Huckabee Meet The Press interview, where Russert seemed to let Huckabee go on longer about his complaints with Romney than I thought necessary. I tuned in to learn more about Huckabee, not listen to him whine. Netcast here.

Now, Mike Huckabee wants an apology from Mitt Romney for his attacks. This from the guy who asked an inflammatory question about the Mormon religion of a New York Times reporter and wrapped himself in the cloth pre-holidays in an attempt to prevent an examination of his record.

Politics, especially Presidential politics, has been hardball since they began. I don't think all this whining actually plays to Huckabee's advantage. He's starting to sound like a baby, without the swaddling cloth, or cred.

DES MOINES — Mike Huckabee told me Sunday that Mitt Romney should apologize for saying “blatantly untrue” things about him.

Huckabee also said such an apology would be accepted only if Romney also admitted that he “has not been forthcoming” about his own record.

watched MTP. Mr. Potatohead (Russert) was pathetic. Softballs all the way. No mention about hucksters clemency's, tax hikes, lies about his record. Matter of fact, nothing about this clown's record was even discussed. Me thinks, Mr. Potatohead has a liberal agenda along with this buddy's in MSM. Elect Huckster in general and then hello Hillary.

Were we watching the same show? Russert hammered him on his stance on immigration and his flip-flop during the interview.

Quote Ann Coulter "Huckabee is the Republican Jimmy Carter". I concur.

The Huckster has neither the experience at a National level or the International level for the job.
He never saw a tax he didn't like and quite frankly playing the "Jesus Card" makes him unacceptable.
He may have played well to the rubes in Iowa but Iowa has only 13 electoral votes and does not represent a true cross section of the Nation. If Huck cannot take the heat on the campaign trail then perhaps he should go back to Arkansas and open up a little church, hope that Hillary gets elected and accept a cabinet post in that Admin. He is too close to the Clintons anyway.
