Glenn Reynolds links to a Blackfive item alleging that attorney Jay Grodner keyed a Marines car in Chicago.
Grodner's name also pops pop up on this list. In and of itself, it doesn't mean anything. But it's interesting he would turn up on a limited lists of attorneys who may have had complaints files against them that weren't pursued to someone's satisfaction.
