h/t to HotAir headlines for this via the Hendersonville Post. The IntellectualConservative (cough cough) is surprised as Hugh Hewitt isn't on their Alexa compiled list of top conservative blogs - see below.
Back on July the 30th, the IntellectualConservative.com released the top 100 list, which was later updated to 131…and the Post was #118. The rankings have changed, so I took the time to figure the new standings, along with how many spots each site had either gained or lost. PR stands for previous rank, and then the negative or positive symbol shows the changes since the last ranking.
The intellectual but, to me, irrelevant findings are that they have the wrong url for Hewitt and (cough cough, again) didn't search mine, I imagine. Hugh Hewitt at Townhall, you know where he blogs - is up around number 10 by their measure. As near as I can tell, if included, I'd have been around 72 just above Commentary - as one guy, I'll take it, though I imagine if they actually knew enough to perform such a ranking, your guess is as good as mine where people would end up.
Now for the interesting findings. There were some big disappointments. ... The following sites didn’t even make the list: Hugh Hewitt – 5,633,009

Another interesting point re: site metrics:
Fark blew away both, but LGF substantially beat Kos in the Blogger Awards. Supposedly, Kos is a much bigger community. Patrick Ruffini did an interesting study a few weeks ago showing that its quite possible Kos' hits are vastly padded and over-stated because he has much fewer, but much more obsessive and sticky, viewers than previously thought.
This might help explain why the very loud and extreme principles expressed over there have so little support in the community of real life voters.
