As if the Paul-bots actually needed something like this to drive them nuts. I can hear the cries of fascism now!
The ardent supporters of Rep. Ron Paul, the iconoclastic Texas libertarian whose campaign for the presidency is threatening to upend the battle for the Republican nomination, got word yesterday of a new source of outrage and motivation: reports of a federal raid on a company that was selling thousands of coins marked with the craggy visage of their hero.

I find many of Ron Paul's domestic policy positions are the same as mine. Where I part ways with him is on his foreign policy. And with all due respect to the Congressman, he has a strain of antisemitism running through his thinking. It's there if you can get passed the "Blame America First" rhetoric. What I've recognized about those adamantly opposed to our foreign policy is an abstract grudge towards Israel and by extension, Jews. There's this thinking out there that says, if only Israel didn't exist things would be great. They wouldn't dare say it out loud but it's there. And you want to know why I believe some lefties don't care if Iran gets nukes? I believe, subconsciously, they somehow think that if Israel, as horrible as it would be, were to be nuked, once and for all the problems of the Middle East would be solved. They wouldn't say that either. Not aloud, at least.

I have to agree with the above comment. People on the left are so tired of the never ending violence in the Middle East and the fact that Israel shows the abject failure of the Arab world.

Concerning Israel:
"And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed." (Genesis 12:3, KJV)
"The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God." (Psalm 9:17, KJV)
In the day that we turn our back on Israel is the day also that the Lord Jesus Christ turns His back on our nation, and indeed, will He also turn us as a wicked nation that has forgotten Him into hell.
May we remember the Lord Jesus who has redeemed us and protected us, and may He bless both Israel and the United States of America!
