This head-spinning moment brought to you by Hillary, Inc. h/t Hot Air. Is it "flip-flopping cubed," as Dodd asserts? Actually, yes, given that Hillary was for/against it before she was for/against it. Stay tuned.
WASHINGTON - Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton on Wednesday came out against granting driver's licenses to illegal immigrants, after weeks of pressure in the presidential race to take a position on a now-failed ID plan from her home state governor.
Colleen Flanagan, a spokesman for Chris Dodd, called Clinton's position "flip-flopping cubed. She was for it before she was against it, before she was for it, before she was against it."

Coming out meaning, Hillary is coming out, against? The investigation into State Department IG is really the IG at Peace Corps coming out? Dodd is coming out agiainst Foreign service and requiring a five year term limit on FSOs so that more Americans can serve?

Slightly off-topic because it`s about Spitzer, via

it seems the fellow thinks he has found a way around Congress` decision to retain the non-collection of "internet" sales taxes
http://www.nysun.com/article/66382
by claiming that if a resident`s web site has a revenue[eg comission]-generating link to a vendor, that constitutes the "physical presence" allowing forcing said vendor to record/collect/forward taxes - even those on sales not made via the link.

The New York State Income Tax return has a line on it whereby anyone who purchases on the internet is supposed to report the transactions and pay the relevant sales tax due.
Hardly anyone does and I think most people don't even realize the line is there.

Yes she has flipped and flopped on this issue. She was for it when the Gov. of NY was for it. Now she is against it since the Gov. of NY has changed his mind and is against it. Or is it the other way around. Remember this is the question she would not answer last debate(unprepared?) and her staff answered for her the next day. I hope they bring this up tonight in the debate.
