Note that every Bin Laden tape ever released has been extremely attentive to American politics. While the headlines blast bin Laden's latest plea, for Europeans to stop helping the US in Afghanistan, I've yet to see a report of any mention of Iraq, which has long been his central theme. He might not be admitting it. But I'd venture, bin Laden has surrendered Iraq.
Al-Qaida chief Osama bin Laden called on the Europeans to stop helping the United States in the war in Afghanistan, according to excerpts of a new audiotape broadcast Thursday on Al-Jazeera television.
Bin Laden said he was the "only one responsible" for the Sept. 11 attacks on New York and Washington, saying it was unjust for the United States to have invaded Afghanistan.

UNJUST? Am I reading the quote correctly. If Osama isn't dead, then he should be. After spending decades threatening the USA, attacking us all over the globe and finally getting his foot here in America, is he joking? UNJUST?
This is the funniest thing I've read in years!

If OBL is still kicking around, I'd say that he has shaved off his beard, hung up his burka (or the male equivalent of Muslim dress) and is currently running a chain of convenience stores in North Jersey.
Kidding aside...
He is likely pooping his pants as European nations start to lean back toward listening to and helping us attain victory over the Islamist menace.

I saw Osama the other day. He's pumping gas at that station Elvis works at in Southern Utah.

Bin Laden is on the outside of accepted IntLaw looking in. He is either relying upon folks ignorant of IntLaw to fail to understand some necessary distinctions and respond favorably to him out of some misguided sense of fair play, or he's simply a ar-tard keeping his mug in the western public's face in attempt to disgrace the US for its failure to nail his hide to the barn door in a timely manner.
Claiming to be the only person responsible is most likely his own face-saving, since nothing he personally directed [which does not include 9-11, by the way] ever worked. They were either so staggeringly complex [e.g., Philipine serial hijackings and ransomings], or they were the same kind of poorly planned pranks you might expect a group of Nth-degree delinquent high school kids to concoct during study hall [e.g., the WTC bombing in '93]. "Hey, wouldn't it be cool if we put a bomb under some tall building? heh heh heh, okay Omar, you get the bomb, and then Achmed will set it out, light the fuse, and then we'll all hide behind the bushes to watch it blow up..."
Too little explosive, poorly placed -- and Osama has an engineering degree...
Sorry, bub, but I wouldn't want to take credit for that one either. Talk about incompetent.
9-11 was Doc Ayman's baby. It worked. Nothing he tried did. And now that he has no access to daddy's dinari, he's not merely incompetent, but organizationally irrelevant.
Sucks to be him.

Yep, this news is going to make all our Leftist friends so sad. The Sunnis are joining the coalition in Iraq by the thousands and thousands, AQI is being routed all over Iraq, Sunni and Shite religious leaders have joined together to fight any sectarian violence, and the news just gets better and better.
Now, OBL is begging rather than threatening, and Iran is taking note. chris/Boob has shit his pants, IslamoLlamo has wet his, and the Leftists are now worried about not having the Iraq war as a political issue. And, all the Leftist scum are on the LOSING side again. GO, MIKEY MOORE LEFTISTS! YOU GO, GIRLS!

Bin Laden is the only person in the world that hasn't aged in the last 6 years. His videos look exactly the same age as they did during 9/11/2001.
He is so dead its unreal.
I'm not sure if we are keeping him alive to promote our Middle East agenda, but I know why the terrorists are. They would not have a key charismatic world-known leader, which they do not.
Dead.

Where is my friend chris/Boob? And my pal Islamollama? And YYY? And scar? And all my liberal buds? Damn. I want to share the good news in Iraq with them. And counsel them in their misery. And help them to adjust to reality. That you win wars by perservering, by being stubborn, by having faith in your men, by knowing that the US military kicks ass. With a bunch of rednecks. Oh, the humanity!

It is impossible to establish the significance of this message until the entire message has been released - if that ever happens. Even then, I'll want to read the translation for myself. As a rule, the media have little understanding of the issue of Islamism or Jihadism and are therefore incapable of any meaningful reporting on the issue.

I thought it was pretty raw of him to complain that European and American forces were, he said, targeting women and children deliberately in violation of international law. This, from the guy who claims responsibility for the WTC attack and who has been applauding and supporting all the suicide bomb attacks in Iraq which have targeted civilians, including women and children?

Bin Laden is obviously a tool of ChimpyBushMcHitler. Doesn't he knew the Troof? 9/11 was an inside job. Two of the biggest buildings in the world were brought down by controlled demolition, a project that would have taken months, while no one noticed. And no plane hit the Pentagon.
Seriously, how come no one asks the Troofers about Bin Laden's claims?
