Not only does Joachim Phoenix apparently not Walk The Line, anyone who knows anything about blogs knows the war and Bush have been discussed ad nauseum. So, what blogs and media could it be that Phoenix reads to conclude there's no substantive discussion going on? Celebrity blogs (and media), no doubt. Evidently he lives in a little bubble of celebrity and bases his worldview entirely upon that. No wonder they keep making such dumb movies when it comes to politics, they don't get out enough to understand the larger discussion going on.
“When my brother passed it was toward the end of an era. If it had happened much later, it would have been on a lot of f**king blogs.
The thing we should be discussing in the news, what the media should be going after in a heartless way, isn’t the family of somebody who has passed away, but instead - oh, I don’t know - how about a president who’s lying?

Yes, but which President who is lying?

I bet it will be either Clinton'42 or the probable Clinton'44.

Speaking of dim, what has the Decider been up to lately. He must be resting or vacationing again. Quite a leader, that Decider.

Thanks for asking, Bob.
Among other things, the Decider has been rediscovering his conservative roots. He's keeping himself busy vetoing to Democrat-sponsored, pork-laden bills.
It's so beautiful *sniff* it brings tears to my eyes.

So, the former male cheerleader feels that it is prudent to piss away $1 TRILLION on 2 failed wars but not expand healthcare to children? Quite the Decider you patriots have there. You 24%ers must be proud.

"it is prudent to piss away $1 TRILLION on 2 failed wars but not expand healthcare to children?"
Newsflash: the State of Illinois has a Democrat Governor and a heavily Democrat-controlled legislature. Early this week or late last week, the IL version of the Bush-vetoed federal "medical coverage for children" [it was not healthCARE; it was **medical** **coverage**] was roundly defeated by the IL legislature.
Why?
Because the IL legislature does not have a Republican governor to veto the damned thing, and spending several $billion to provide **medical** **coverage** instead of healthcare to those whom cannot be demonstrated to lack said coverage *availability* through other means is a waste of public money.
In short: the bill would remove certain middle class individuals from getting their medical plans through Open Enrollment and transfer their insurance premiums to the State.

OH NOES!!! Not the "Childrens"!!
Especially upper-middle class chi'lluns whose parents can more than afford or acquire employment-based insurance!!
And how come you hate "patriots" and "patriotism", Boob?
We definitely question your patriotism - why are you such an evil, America-hating troll, Boob?
