Agatha Christie Banned?

Michelle points out that thanks to the NAACP a school has decided to not do the play Ten Little Indians.

A widely performed school play has been canceled by Lakota officials after a recent meeting with a local NAACP official.

The internationally acclaimed play - Agatha Christie’s “Ten Little Indians” - was to be performed by students at Lakota East High School this weekend.

Here is some history as to how the work went from its original title to the present. Obviously, Christie was from the UK btw - not America. It seems even staying current with contemporary sensibilities isn't enough, so why all the effort to make it PC over the years when the end result is an outright ban?

Because people playing the "Ebil White Peepuls" card know that if they can scrape for another PC inch, then the entitlements mile following it is all but theirs.
