Echoing the remarks of a commenter of at Ace's site... I'd say that the big reason Clarke has come off slightly to the Left of Hugo Chavez is only for the simple reason that he has been offered a cabinet position by the potential Clinton 44 if she wins.
Here's hoping the Hsunami puts a big damper on her campaign, even if she is a Hsu-in for the Democrat ticket.
