I Am Become, ... Well, Something

You'd think a bunch of anthropologists would have something better to write, you know, like that next grant that might just require some public funding? Somehow I don't think Al Qaeda thinks much of their usual research and I'm not exactly feeling Oppenheimer's Bhagavad Gita moment in all this. h/t Ace

We, the undersigned, believe that anthropologists should not engage in research and other activities that contribute to counterinsurgency operations in Iraq or in related theaters in the “war on terror.” Furthermore, we believe that anthropologists should refrain from directly assisting the US military in combat, be it through torture, interrogation, or tactical advice.

Who cares what a bunch of BDS suffering grave diggers have to say?

We, the undersigned, (being unethical brain dead liberals) believe the bloodshed should continue lest a Christian conservative receive crdit for liberating and pacifying Iraq.

"I've been reliably informed Amish saboteurs got the Buddhas"
