Given that Hillary has signed on as a co-sponsor of the Webb amendment, I suppose we can assume that she'll cede all authority as Commander in Chief to Congress if she's elected. She's certainly setting a strange precedent for someone seeking the presidency. It also puts Obama in a bit of a pickle. He's urging the elimination of the world's nuclear weapons. If you couple Obama and Clinton's positions on one ticket, theoretically the only country in the world with nuclear weapons would be Iran. I'm not sure this will help Americans sleep well at night while contemplating a Democrat controlled government in 2009.

Hillary? Ceding power? Any power? To anyone?
Hmmmm.

Methinks like her hubby before her, she says one thing and then shall do the opposite once she has Da Powaaaaah.
If anything, I'll expect she will embark on a spree of powermongering and executive excess that will make "The Dubya" look like a consummate small-government libertarian by comparison.
