Hillary: The Peking Duck, Please

If she isn't having it, she's certainly going to be doing a lot of it from the looks of things. h/t Michelle, who weighs in here. I'm sensing a pattern here, sort of like a Chinese Checkers board with a lot of holes to be filled in before next November.

Dishwashers, waiters and others whose jobs and dilapidated home addresses seem to make them unpromising targets for political fundraisers are pouring $1,000 and $2,000 contributions into Clinton’s campaign treasury. In April, a single fundraiser in an area long known for its gritty urban poverty yielded a whopping $380,000. When Sen. John F. Kerry (D-Mass.) ran for president in 2004, he received $24,000 from Chinatown…

Maybe we won't have Hillery to kick around any more. Breaking the law is very un-PC.

Is this amazing that The Nation wrote this? Remember when BCCI stood for Bank of Crooks and Criminals?

Hillary's Mystery Money Men

Excerpt:
That Hillary Clinton's campaign is involved with this particular cast of characters should give people pause," says John Moscow, a former Manhattan prosecutor. In the late 1980s and early '90s he led the investigation of the corrupt Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI) global financial empire--a bank whose prominent shareholders included members of the Harken board. "Too many of the same names from earlier troubling circumstances suggests a lack of control over who she is dealing with," says Moscow, "or a policy of dealing with anyone who can pay."

Here is the problem. Hillary's corruption goes back to when her age was in single digits. Those that oppose her already know how corrupt she is and nothing surprises us. Those that support her don't really mind.

She promises everything to everyone and frankly while it is totally ludicrous it works. Poor people actually believe that Hillary will give them everything she promises them, free health care, a 401K plan, bonds for their kids, heck if she is President she will make sure the government raises their child for them. While intelligent people understand that this is nothing short of socialism there are a lot more stupid people in this country than smart people. So, she is going to go around and buy everyone's vote, and the MSM will prop her up by not reporting on the plethora of corruption and the masses will believe that she will solve all their problems for them. Here is how I see it...

As I said before: if Hitlary wins, it is all but a matter of time before she deeds the nation over to the Red Chinese, and we begin the fast slide down into a totalitarian hell on earth.

It's remarkable that Chinese waiters and busboys have so much money to give to noble causes. One can only conclude that they are much more frugal than the rest of us (like, f'r'instance, the family recently spotlighted as being unable to afford health care for their kids, while managing to live a pretty good life-style in other areas).

One news story reports that one of the reasons might be the "neighborhood associations", which are evidently able to exert a lot of pressure (peer pressure?) on their members. There was a veiled reference in the article that these "associations" are descendants of the earlier Tongs. (Search 'chinese tong wars')
