h/t Hot Air headlines for the original story but it's the additional stories that make this look like a bad movie someone just can't stop making. In response to Obama's latest dig at Hillary for her vote on Iran:
In response, Phil Singer, a Clinton spokesman, said, "It's unfortunate that Senator Obama is abandoning the politics of hope...."
Do you think Obama has "abandoned the politics of hope?" Because someone has been working hard for months to convince you that's the case.
I knew I'd heard that before re Obama so decided to Google it. Geesh, talk about over done. These below aren't all about the recent remark - 11,100 entries over a period of months.
Kathleen Strand, a spokeswoman for Clinton's campaign, responded: "It's unfortunate that Senator Obama is abandoning the politics of hope
"It's unfortunate that Senator Obama is abandoning the politics of hope," Daley said.
“Senator Obama's campaign has stalled, and he is therefore abandoning the politics of hope and employing the same old attack politics instead,” Wolfson said ...
Clinton campaign spokesman Blake Zeff said, "It's unfortunate that Sen. Obama is abandoning the politics of hope for the politics of attack."
Eleven thousand, one-hundred unique entries for that precise phrase over a long period of time? I guess that's what they mean when they talk about message discipline. Or is Clinton Inc starting to take Obama less seriously and simply not bothering to come up with anything new?

The Obama campaign is going to need a 100-pack of single edge razor blades before this is over...gonna be a lot of wrist slashing going on.

She is ridiculously transparent.
These days anyone interested in learning just about anything has only to sit down in front of a computer for a few minutes.
Even with all of this incredible technology Americans seem to continue their march towards ignorance and socialism.
So it goes.

The moderator handed all the Democratic staffers the "talking points" memo with the instructions to read it and translate the gist of it into their own words.
However, no one knew how to do that.
They tried "hope to abandon the politics"
"politically abandoning the hope"
So they added words here and there. One put in "therefore".

Re: CONGRATULATIONS AL GORE ON YOUR NOBEL PEACE PRIZE!!!
Hmm...didn't Jimmy Carter, Yasser Arafat win Nobel Peace prizes? Puts the Goricle in good company. I think he should donate the prize money to the Frost family. Now that would really help to bring some peace. Well, I can wish the liberals would just put their money where their mouths are, can't I? Can't I?

Boo Hoo. The 'necks are mad that Al Gore won the Nobel Peace Prize. Plus, they are outed for being diseased, contagious cretins.
Cheer up, your leader was able to finish My Pet Goat on 9.11. Mission Accomplished!

Hope is a town in Arkansas.
It is not, however, a strategy.
