Sorry to have to link this latest think pogrom silliness to make a point.
Earlier today, after Al Gore was named a co-winner of the Nobel Peace Prize, Fox News kicked off the right-wing smear attacks on the former Vice President, comparing him to “Yasser Arafat and that crazy Jimmy Carter.”
Aside from it being a perfectly insightful comment from whomever, TP, Media Matters et al are so over-doing this nonsense, they're all but marginalizing themselves. Aside from that, it represents a bunch of died in the wool libruls who spend every waking minute listening and watching things they obviously just don't like very much.
How pathetic can you get?
And before the libruls start screaming pot/kettle - I just saw it on Memeorandum, I don't monitor Lefty blogs. Bleccch!

The nobel what?

Lets see now:
*Jimmy Carter, Traitor, Supporter of Terrorist Thugs and Anti-Amrican in every respect the worst President ever,
a Pardoner of Draft Dodgers who gave away the Panama Canal and sat back as Americans were held Hostage in Iran, 2002
*Yasser Arafat, Terrorist and responsible for thousands of Murders, World Wide, 1994
*Mohamed El Baradei, a wothless Pogue that watched while Iran and North Korea started to enrich Uranium for Weapons
production and did Nothing! , 2005
*Kofi Anan, bagman of untold millions for dollars in the Oil for Food Scam, 2001
*Henry Kissinger, the man that betrayed US in signing a bad agreement with North Vietnam which allowed
the Murder of Our South Vietnamese Allies and the Genocide in Cambodia, 1973
Now Al Gore, Liar, Loser, partner in Crime in Illegal Fundraising from a Foreign Govermnent (CHINA) for the Clinton Mob,
Propagandist and self serving Promoter of the Myth of Global Warming.
The Nobel Foundation has demeaned this Award to an all time low level. In honoring Gore and the above list of Dirty Worthless Bastards,
The Nobel Foundation has lost all credibility with me. Rewarding Shameless Phonies, Traitors, Terrorists and Murderers is now it's clear
intent and purpose.
*In 1906, Theodore Roosevelt, Our Greatest President ever won the Nobel Peace Prize for negotiating the Treaty that ended the Russo Japanese War. *
Since then all it represents, absolutely, is a label of Shame, in my opinion.

I hope he runs for president as an independent. That should siphon off enough votes for Fred to win.

The liberal (share root with the word "liberty") you attack is addressing criticism dead-on and answering to it. He's not doing the con usual moves of bob and weave with scarecrow arguments, ad hominem, changing the subject, mindlessly repeating talking points, falsely impugning motives or any other typical right wing dishonesty.
The point of the coverage of the Fox reporting is to show the intense Republican bias from FoxNews, essentially a GOP* party organ that lies to it's viewers when it says it is "Fair and Balanced."
The FoxNews disinformation is so bad it leaves the loyal Fox viewer falsely informed and ignorant of events.

Trooper, you left out one of the main heroines of the Left, Noble Peace Prize winner Rigoberta Menchu Tum. After she won, it turned out her writings were full of lies. Naturally a creative liberal MSM hack claimed that while her book was indeed full of lies, the lies were useful for representing a "higher truth". The Libs have been forced to make this nonsensical claim several times since then even for the likes of Al Gore and Michael Moore. Pathetic, but at the same time riotously funny.
