"O" Ouch
Sure the Right's jumping on Obama for ducking the MoveOn ad vote. But this below from Stoller at "Open Left"?
Obama didn't take a vote on the Moveon condemnation, but an hour earlier he voted for the Boxer amendment.
What a sad spectacle of a politician.
What a putz.

Not too surprising. Last year when Jim Webb refused to jump on the "George Allen is a racist" bandwagon early in the year, before Macaca, and Matt Stoller called him "shameful." Matt Stoller hates any Democrat who doesn't meet his ideal progressive goals, which are never very consistent anyway.

The Dems look like they are on the verge of a purge.

Shall we all merge to urge those on the verge?

At least those voting "nay" had the courage of their convictions (however misguided those convictions may be!). Obama? Not so much. Spineless.

We must cut through all these meaningless actions that amount to white noise in the campaign. What matters are the large policy changes that will take place when Democrats take the presidency and strengthen their majority position in Congress. Only people richer than me will have their taxes raised, my health care will be free, the government will take care of me, the troops will come home, Iraq will no longer matter, and the terrorists will stop killing anyone because Democrats will use diplomacy, and bring in other countries to, um, do soemthing. It's going to be paradise, paradise I tell you!

Paradise Lost, you mean, Steve-O.
