The image at right is a campaign ad and not one from some completely dis-enfranchised, fringe group in Switzerland. While far from an expert on the mostly tepid soup that appears to be Swiss politics, I suspect it's somewhat revealing of undercurrents we may see more of in Europe as it continues to feel threatened by immigration and radical Islam. America may be taking most of the flak, wrongly, I'd argue, as regards sentiments in this regard. But if Europe ever turns against its many new immigrants, watch out.
The Swiss People's Party (SVP), dominated by its charismatic strongman and current Justice Minister Christoph Blocher, is riding high in the opinion polls ahead of the October 21 parliamentary elections.
Switzerland's main right-wing party is shaking up the country's traditionally placid electoral scene with a febrile campaign denouncing alleged conspiracies, while some opponents have branded its tactics Fascist.
The SVP campaigns aggressively in favour of what it calls "traditional Swiss values" and is highly critical of multi-culturalism, Islam and working women, to name but a few of its bugbears.

Wow very interesting.

And how much you want to bet that the muslims will just keep pushing and pushing until something happens.

Who would be willing to ride with the arisen ghost of Charles Martell in the Pope christened 17th crusade?

It is hard to deny that there is some anti-Islamist undercurrent developing, even an undercurrent may come at the hands of the darker, quite pleasant, and perhaps even ungodly reminders of 1940s Europe and times before, when Musulmen intruders where dealt with utmost harshness, ala Vlad the Impaler and his sons.

Some context, per swissinfo.org:
"...the controversial “black sheep” campaign by the rightwing Swiss People’s Party, which calls for foreign criminals to be expelled from the country."
Roman Jäggi, spokesman for the People’s Party, [said] the campaign was “completely fair”.
“We have a big problem with violence and in particular youth violence, and foreign criminals are a big factor”
******
Throw foreign criminals out of the country? Works for me.
